We had a gift card so we went to Freddys for lunch. It was clean and accommodating. Food was reasonably priced and warm. Restroom was clean. Service? Hubby asked for no salt on his burger. And got it anyway. The girl on the front did not acknowledge us and I had to wait about five minutes repeatedly mentioning that we were there. She turned around looked at me and continued working! She should have acknowledged me and said she would be with me shortly. Maybe it was the burqa? Anyway, with only two customers in the place .. I’m not coming back.

Had the brisket steak burger with onion rings and h2o, decent taste though find it over priced and as expected the picture that is enlarged to show details had more brisket and onions compared to the one made for me. Onion rings were soggy so that was disappointing. I was greeted when I walked in and asked the staff member how her day was going. I could only answer sorry to hear that as you could tell she was over stressed and etc. For the cost (16.00+, including tax) I will start finding more locally owned restaurants and reserve this place for tight schedules or traveling. The place could also be cleaned better in areas

Went there on a Sunday around lunchtime.
Had never been there before.
Freddy’s is basically a cross between Culver’s and Steak n Shake, but without the atmosphere or cleanliness of either.
If you’re going to eat at this location, I recommend the drive thru as the overworked staff were giving it 90% of their attention.
Only when there were about five separate parties in line did a worker finally acknowledge we were there and came over to take orders.
The tables weren’t wiped down and the wait was about 20 minutes. Once the food was ready, one of our orders was wrong, but fortunately it was easily correctable.
My double burger was hot and very tasty as were the fries. My wife had the black bean patty and enjoyed it as well!
Perhaps if this location was adequately staffed, they would have been friendlier and it would’ve been cleaner, with less wait.
Will try them again to see.

I just got home 30 minutes ago with a double cheeseburger and a chili dog.
I was blown away by the staggering amount of mustard that was dripping from my cheeseburger I had to wipe it off after a few bites,and it took out my lettuce to do that it ruined my experience who would ever do that? Does the guy know what a ample amount is evidently not because. MY wife had the chili cheese dog and it too was saturated in mustard Im so mad about this I paid $18 and change for mustard sandwiches not even funny. I sat in the parking lot knowing I should just go to five guys because its always perfect but thought Im here Ill just get it and go home and relax. Nope not relaxing now I feel jilted and ripped off!!! Thats not bad quality at Freddy’s but its significantly less bang for the buck speaking in order sizes than Five Guys. Five guys is way better tasting and way bigger by volume of burger and fries. This is the second time Freddy’s has let me down. There WILL NOT BE A 3RD! I’ll be disappointed by this for awhile. I was too mad to take it back and drive the 5 miles back over but Having inconsistency in your business procedures is a failure not knowing how to dress a burger at a burger joint is just laughable but at my expense as well as other people’s its about repeat business Freddy’s get it together before you lose many more.

Grabbed a couple burgers and onion rings. Was going to get some custard but machine was down at the time of order. A little loud and salt covered tables. So kind of food court atmosphere in my opinion. Great tasting food! Guys in the back were working hard at fixing the custard machine and did set it fixed before we were done with our meal. I was so full I will have to wait till the next time I come back to try a frozen custard Concrete!

Stopped at Freddy’s for the first time and was extremely pleased with my experience! The person who took my order, Steven, was helpful and kind and went above and beyond to help me understand the menu. They were friendly and welcoming and didn’t make me feel rushed. I got an original burger, fries, tots, and a strawberry concrete. Since everything is made to order, the drive thru experience did have a moment of waiting, but it’s certainly worth it for freshly made food! They offered me a freddys sauce to try since it was my first time visiting.

I came to the restaurant and ordered fries and a regular double cheese. I was sitting by the counter when I saw a tall employee with glasses sneeze. He covered his mouth, but he was wearing gloves, and then he used those same gloves to prepare my fries without changing them. This was very unprofessional and quite unpleasant to witness. I have been going to Freddy’s for over 20 years, and this is the first time something like this has happened, especially at this location. I always enjoyed visiting this franchise because it values veterans, and I have always liked the food. But this experience left me deeply disappointed, and I don’t think I will be coming back again.

First time here, and it was also last time. Service was dull, no communication. The presentation of food was horrible. Staff looks like they are there for just a paycheck and not wanting to be there. Even waffle house Service is better than this. Definitely not coming back. Plus the price is outrageous for the lack of quality of food.

Based on prior reviews I had doubts but I’ve visited another Freddys and it was just like this one. Average. I think the others have their points at the moment, 2024 do think my burger was $7 worth. Eh, no. Still if I were to pass by and have a hankering I just might come back.
