I got there and was waiting for my order they said was still cooking. It was just sitting on the cutting board in boxes. Nothing was cooking. Then when I was leaving I had to remind them of my drink. I got home quick and jumped in because I was hungry. All of the chicken was ice cold and the soda bottle was room temp. I don’t think their soda cooler works and they obviously had no sense of urgency or quality for the food. If I would have shown up ten minutes later as the online said it would be ready it would have been even colder food. Invest in hot boxes or something. This is crap. No reason to be serving ice cold food. There were 20 other boxes just sitting there. The guy next to me also waiting just laughed as he realized they were just them bagging his food the was also just sitting there the whole 5 minutes we were waiting next to each other. Good thing for the microwave.

Checked out the new Buffalo Wild Wings GO and had a great experience. The staff was super friendly which always makes a difference. The chicken wings were delicious, flavorful. You can tell they cook the chicken as orders come in, because everything came out hot and fresh. Definitely a solid spot if you want quality wings to go. Will be back!

Buffalo Wild Wings Go in Cottage Grove is a great spot for reliable takeout. Our order was ready on time, accurate, and still hot when we got home. The wings were crispy with plenty of sauce, and the pickup process was quick and easy.

Ordered online. Said would be 40 minutes. Got there 7 minutes early and food was already sitting there. Not kept warm, which is a legal requirement.
The food had time stamps on it. It was ready 29 minutes early, and just sat there. Unacceptable
Chicken, although cold, was good. Burger was flavorless and greasy.
Please keep food warm if it’s going to ready before it’s scheduled time. The health department requires this. You are going to make people sick!!!

Tried ordering food and adding the Vikings Win Deal which is get 6 free wings with a purchase of $10 min. Was going to be dropping 50 dollars on food. But Was told they don’t honor the deal. I don’t know if this is actually a Buffalo Wild Wings or just a Random Store. But not sure how you don’t honor a corporate promotion. I asked if he knew what I was talking about and he said do it on the app. I advised him the coupon said takeout or dine in only. Not a app deal. He said they don’t honor it then. Almost like he didn’t care to ask leadership if they do or not. Horrible experience. Definitely not ordering here. Buffalo Wild Wings continues to be bad. No wonder they are dying everywhere. This place has just opened and I already have a feeling how this place is going to do business. Was told about the first 100 people who where there at opening day would get a coupon for free wings for a year is what I understanding. However, when I arrived to the new location and noticed a line that didn’t even have 50 people waiting to receive this coupon I thought I had a given for this coupon. I’d thought everyone in line would get one, but after about 20 minutes after opening the doors with the line slowly moving forward. I got around the first corner in the line where I was told by another customer in line that they had already given out ALL 100 coupons to people already. Looking around to not even see 100 people entering or coming out of the store, nor in line. How could they have already given their promotional item if the first 100 people to show up did not receive the promotional item? Wrong was already done for the people who took time to sit and wait for even a little bit for something that was advertised. Went for lunch as a test of nature for this business and yet I was disappointed once again. For a fast food montra as a title you get your food awfully slow for fast food themed. Very disappointing

Waited 20 mins past pick up time. Lobby has 1 bench with 10 people waiting. They were out of an item and we had to substitute it. They would have forgotten an item if I didn’t remind them. Got it home and found another item missing. The boneless wings were cold, hard, and overcooked. Like beef jerky. I realize its new and they are getting things figured out but the staff seemed overwhelmed and confused. When I tried to voice my complaint the manager heard me and turned his back while some poor kid working there did the apologizing for him. Won’t be back. Next time we want something like this I’ll go the extra few miles to Wing Stop. It would have ultimately taken less of my afternoon to do so.
