The employees at this store is arrogant.I place it online order for a small PAN.Cheese Pizza.nAnd I asked for a small brownie. I indicated that this piece in brand new was for a kid , seven year old. When I inquired about the size of the brownie, he indicated that it was the size of a small Pizza.I indicated to him that cancel the brownie. And they got mad and hung up on me. I called back enquiring about who hung up on me and why they hung up on me and they hung up on me again. I don’t know who the people or that work at this red oak location, zip code 75154, located on Ovilla road, I would never, ever order a Pizza from there again the time and date that I ordered this Pizza was March to 8 20 25. At twelve forty.

I Walked in there for a carryout pizza And it was pure chaos. It was busy as hell so I’m sure everybody was stressed out, but it didn’t help that though lovely looking woman at the counter name Chelsea or something was very rude. I’m sure She was probably stressed out, but thats no excuse for acting completely unprofessional to a paying customer. I was a little indecisive because I haven’t ordered there in a long time, but she kept rolling her eyes and making him fly comments, finally i put my order in For a large meat lover,wings, and a 2 Liter, In the rudest way possible she says, are you sure that’s it this time Even my five-year-old daughter said why is she being so rude, daddy? I told her she’s just busy don’t worry about it, honey. The food came out and I had to say it was really good, but just because of the behavior of the front counter lady, I will never order here again and neither will my family or friends. I would rather starve than to go see that rude woman at Pizzahut ever again! I don’t know how they stay in business with that woman greeting customers the way she does

Ordered a 5 topping hand tossed which wasn’t cooked. Had to put it in the toaster oven. They put bacon on it, instead of Canadian bacon. The Italian sausage was awful tasting and the mushroom were raw. It reminded me of why I haven’t ate at Pizza Hut in years. It’s bad. Also ordered a cheesy bites pizza for the kids. They seemed to like it pretty good. Updated: Been ordering the Cheesy bites since this review. It’s really good. I order it with marinara instead the ranch dressing that normally come with it. WTG Pizza Hut on this pizza. It’s killer!!!

Horrible service!! I placed my order for pickup. Notice was sent to my phone that my pizzas were ready…..they weren’t not, I was told by the cashier they were in the oven and it will take a few minutes….10 minutes passed and she checks again and said my order was “lost”… cashier tells me it will take 8 minutes more… waited 30 minutes inside the restaurant for 2 pizza.

I was a walk in customer and happened to look around back and the place is filthy!! I took my pizzas home and didn’t have an appetite to eat because of what I seen in the kitchen area!! I would definitely not recommend eating at this location what so ever!!! Also female working by the name Chelsea was very unprofessional and rude..

Update: tried to order again. The pizza was way overcooked (burnt) and dry. Customer support didn’t help. They just took my “feedback” and passed it along. Order from Little Caesar’s in Waxahachie for consistently good service/food if you want a quick pizza.

Just made my 1st order and went to get something close to home slices, The Big New Yorker was not it. I ordered pepperoni, onion and peppers. What was delivered was this soupy mess of confusion. So paying for something and getting something else just puts me in this mood and they deserve this review. Won’t make this mistake again. The entire middle of the pie was saturated in oil, no parmesan on the bottom and it wasn’t even cut in 6 pieces. So yeah.

This was my first visit to the Red Oak location and I’m not pleased. My little one doesn’t care for slot of sauce so I made certain to order a pizza with light sauce only to get home with a pizza that looks like extra sauce. I’ve called twice so far and been hung up on by 2 women.
