I genuinely cannot believe I got yelled at over ranch and two 59-cent cookies at this Burger King location. I went inside because I didn’t know how to use the app and the app was also kind of faulty so i politely asked the first employee (a blonde woman at the counter) for help entering my order. Instead of helping, she immediately became loud and erratic. It honestly felt chaotic for no reason. Basic communication and problem-solving skills were clearly lacking. She called over another employee (a skinny woman) who looked directly at my phone and entered the order herself.
When we got home, almost everything was wrong. We received two toys instead of the two cookies clearly shown on the app. I asked for ranch none was included, even though it was on the receipt. My sandwich had pickles despite selecting “no pickles,” and it was missing the mayo I added. The nuggets were cold and tasted undercooked. The fries were stale and cold. The entire meal looked rushed and carelessly prepared. I called calmly to fix the missing cookies and ranch. I was yelled at and told I wouldn’t receive the cookies because I “didn’t say it out loud,” even though the employee entered the order directly from my phone. I have never in my life been scolded over ranch and two cookies. The next morning, I called to speak with a manager. The same employee answered, continued yelling, and claimed she was the manager
(I now know she’s not a manager lol)
This wasn’t about the money. It was about basic respect and professionalism both of which were completely missing.

Placed an order online, went to pick it up and waited over 5 minutes to pick up my food, that was just sitting there getting cold. Two employees were out cleaning the lobby. One of which was the general manager apparently it was more important to mop the floor instead of take care of customers. It’s no wonder you guys are closing and failing across the country. The manger didn’t even seem to care. Terrible terrible terrible…

Stopped just before breakfast closed at 10:30 am for a couple breakfast combos. They were tasty if not so healthy. Service was quick–less than five minutes at the counter. Coffee was a dark roast.

I came in at 9:46pm with my wife and daughter to eat dinner and they said the lobby was closed. I asked the worker what time the lobby closed and she said 10pm as she blocked the entryway. If you want to close the lobby at 9:46pm, post that time on the door. This is extremely unacceptable! Racism or discrimination… maybe. Never come here to eat! I’ve gotten food poisoning here before.

Went thru drive thru and ordered two sausage biscuits and nothing else. Nobody in drive thru. After leaving I found out I got two sausage croissants.
This week I stopped in and ordered a Whopper meal. After getting my meal I found I ended up with Two Chicken sandwich’s. Returned and finally got my Whopper meal. The two tomato slices on the sandwich were green and hard. I took them off and ate the sandwich as a line had formed and for whatever reason this store seems to be slow for counter service.
Prior to leaving I did show the cashier the tomatoes before throwing them away.
She did ask if I ate the sandwich and I said yes after taking off the tomatoes. I think she ask if I wanted another sandwich and I said no as we were leaving.
I have had more issues than normal particularly at this store over the last year or so. I guess I am just a glutton for punishment.

Did mobile order. Got there about five minutes later. Was asked to pull ahead in drive thru. Thats all fine. But then had to sit for 22 MINUTES before we got our food.

I don’t know why I keep coming back here they mess your order up more than half the time. Probably because they are the only restaurant open late which is the only redeeming quality. If I was as bad as them quality wise at my job I would have been fired years ago. Check your food before you leave
