Do not order from here I waited 2 hours for my order still not to come. When I called three times I was told it was 5 minutes away, that was another lie it came another 45 minutes after that so I waited almost 3 hours food was freezing cold and the guy looked intoxicated that was delivering, do not order from here this is by far the worst experience I have ever had.

The shorter dark skinned gal working had a nasty attitude. The first time, she acted like she didn’t want to be bothered. The second time, I waited a whole 20 minutes. When I asked about the order, she stood me down that I never ordered!!!! Either she forgot to put the order in with the other staff or gave it away to delivery by accident. STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!!

Second time placing an order at this location to only have my orders wrong. I ordered Doritos papadias to have no ranch seasoning on my papadia. Called the store and I was sent a corrected order. Fine no problem mistakes happen. Now here it is I place another order for honey chipotle wings and I received buffalo wings instead. Called the store and was told by the General manager Edwin that all he could offer me was a corrected order of wings and a soda. Both times I was asked did I eat the food and that I was to give it to the driver. First time I gave the food back . This time the store manager stated the same thing before placing me on hold for 10 minutes. I hung up called back and then a man by the name of Edwin came on the line and told me to keep the wings and he will send my correct order. I will definitely not order from this location again. I was so upset and disgusted because I dislike buffalo sauce. Very poor customer service and apparently someone clearly does not know how to read orders properly.

The experience was very bad. It was my first time going to this papa John’s. The female attendant was very short with me. Did not want to answer any questions regarding online order even when I asked for a manager, she told me that she was too busy. The only reason I continued with my order was because I told my family that I was going to bring Papa John’s pizza for dinner. Will not go there again even though the place is 3 minutes away from my house.
