The staff is nice and welcoming and the place is pretty clean. Their drive throu service is quick. Once they missed to add one sandwich but after calling they addressed the issue and made me a fresh one next day when I came to pick it up. I am happy with their service.
I order and pick up using the drive thru service almost every week. I often find one item missing after returning home. It happened again today. The owner should remind the employees to double check before delivering.

a very clean, quiet and pleasant place to spend some time eating some sandwiches with attentive staff, we ordered the steakhouse garlic ribeye which was very good and a promotion that they have beff cheddar bacon and they are really tasty so if you don’t want to cook or just eat something different come on in my case it was at the collierville branch

The smoked brisket sandwich… Used to be a good sandwich.. This is clearly old… The meat couldn’t be torn apart… I was afraid to even give it to my dogs…. Contacted the restaurant… Nothing… Now days

ORIGINAL POST: This is possibly the driest sandwich I’ve had in my life. I’ve been to other Arby’s, and the sauces are truly optional because they make sure that the meat is succulent with the normal juices. (Not every sandwich has been perfect but juicy sandwiches have been the rule, not the exception.) This was either burnt or dried out for a day or two. I would’ve turned around for a refund but I was driving back home about 30 minutes away and couldn’t even look at the sandwich until I was close to home.

I walked inside at 8:45pm on a Friday and was told the lobby was closed while an employee was eating in the dining area. Another employee was sitting in a car outside. I just know the food being served was cold as the curly fries sat in a large silver mixing bowl. No thanks!
