i visited this location recently and noticed that the order-taking process was significantly slower than usual, leading to several mistakes in the final drinks. While the staff is very kind, there seems to be a disconnect in the pace and technical accuracy required during busy hours. Staff should really be careful what they say on their headset at the drive thru. Driving through on a family trip so ordered through the app for a quick stop and the girl handling the drive thru has the nerve to make a comment oh girl ordered two minutes ago. If I would have ordered through the drive thru it would’ve been the same damn thing. SMH do better people

Amazing service, bright spacious room, great outdoor dining spot, but that classic pumpkin spice latte was bitter, over roasted, not that smooth sipping autumn fun drink I expected based on other Starbucks. Insane cost for the inconsistency, thankfully there are many better local options!

Very impressed with the service at this location. Huge parking lot. Plenty of seating inside. There is a patio outside-not a big patio. Interior is clean. Staff is very friendly. I got a nitro cold brew with heavy whipping cream. It was perfect. This location is right by I65 which is perfect for travelers to get a quick stop for coffee and snacks.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the Whitestown Starbucks!! I visit this location almost daily…and what a great way to start my day! I usually always order via the app for pick up in the drive thru and even when that line is snaking around the building, this efficient crew works hard so there never is a horrible wait. As mistakes can happen every now and again, I can tell you the team at this location will work diligently to make things right. Now, if you’re a regular in the drive thru, you’ve encountered Dee. She’s a rare gem!! Don’t get me wrong, everyone else is great, but Dee just makes my day. If you’re around Whitestown, grab your coffee here, you won’t be disappointed!!

What a wonderful coffee shop! Has a cozy vibe and the staff are warm and inviting. Plenty of workstations for the laptop and many areas to enjoy your brew. Has a nice patio also. Only took 2 visits for the team to remember my name and my order. Phoebe, Jo, Dee, Emma x3, Camille, Ryley, Greg, Ben, Nicole, Sophia and the rest of the crew make it an especially fun experience each time I visit. Don’t drive by…. stop in for a cup and a smile!

We had a great experience here. Ordered ahead on the app and they got our order correct and in a timely fashion. The staff was very helpful. The drive thru was hopping but they still made time to greet me in a friendly way when I went inside to pick up my order. The restrooms are open even though you are not allowed to sit down or order inside. I would highly recommend this Starbucks!
