Made it clear, this is my 1st time having you all. The young man who took my order, excellent customer service. Brown sauce, tastes good. HOWEVER, why do I only have 4 slivers of chicken! At basically $10 for a PINT of chicken w/mixed vegetables, NO EXCUSE… This was barely 2oz of chicken!!! How do I know, because of my eating plan, I can look at cooked protein and guess the ounces correctly.
Don’t have to worry about me ever coming back! Now I have to SPEND MORE MONEY to make sure I get proper protein intake. Just ridiculous…
Then, my egg roll WAS NOT freshly cooked. I sat in there and waited. Just as soft as they could be when I got to my car!!
I saw mixed reviews and tried to give a chance…. Wasted money and time.. Lesson learned to stick with Golden Dragon!

They do such a good job here! I walked in on Christmas day and ordered a pint of pork lo mean, pint of House Fried Rice, Steamed Dumplings, and a Spring Roll. Paid cash, sat down and waited. It took about 40 minutes, I didn’t anticipate the amount of call aheads and 3rd party delivery service orders. They were so nice when I asked how much longer, nearly done she said, 5 minutes later I was out tge door. I got home, not only was my order 109% correct, there was even an extra Spring Roll! China’s Best is the best!

Absolutely the worst Chinese food I have had including 10 years in California where the quality was good. It took over an hour to prepare and get to the delivery driver (who I tipped well) only to find that the sesame chicken was in huge chunks that were over cooked and harder than my mother-in-laws heart. The lo-mein was over salted and the won ton soup tasted like it was made in salt water!
Delivery services should not use this place as an option.

So let me start by saying I use to love this place! But the issues lately have given me a change of heart!!! Their customer service sucks they are some of the rudiest people I’ve encountered!!! I placed orders twice and was told 10 min I came to pick up! I waited over 30 min both times and I called ahead 20 mins early!!! The DoorDash orders went out first smh!!! The food taste has been bland both times I’ve went!!! Will not be returning

I’ve been eating here for 10 years. I just tried to make an order for Christmas Eve and it’s just for me and the other three members of my family but they said because it’s such a big order I had to physically come up there and put a down payment down before they would start making my food for tomorrow. They refused to take it over the phone. What the hell is going on with this place. It used to be such a good restaurant.

i used to order here all of the time and it was the best chinese food ever but the quality has seriously declined, the dish i ordered tonight had only 6 pieces of meat in it and they filled most of the container up with rice, not worth the value at all and the flavor isn’t good enough to even bother. the employees are nice.
