I went in to order our food. The lady was texting on her phone then she went into the kitchen area still texting on her phone and the other lady working went to the kitchen area and started talking to her. While I was standing at the counter. I was looking at them and noticed the cooks not wearing any gloves and she was putting chicken tenders in the carton with her bare hands. I asked the third lady that was taking an order of food to customers if they were going to help me or they going to continue texting on their phones she said sorry. I just left after waiting 15 minutes to get helped.

I never have high hopes for food places in small towns, but we went to Devine Acres and I was starving. We stopped here and I ordered the steak finger basket. Everything was made fresh. If my food is hot, I’m happy. I would suggest you turn the heat down on your gravy before you face a lawsuit. It burned the crap out of my tongue.

Not from here so only been here three times over about a month. 1st time gave me cold burger and when I said so they took it went to the back and microwaved it. Now everything was hot even the veggies Hot tomoatoes and lettuce pickles mushy bun UNFRESH .2nd time they gave my order to the only other people there. And they quickly started eating it cause we’ll it was hooked up heard them talking about how great it was that it was a double meat and had bacon on it. They realized this and didn’t say anything until I walked up to the counter and asked if that was my order. So 20 min later cashier walks over and says it took long cause we had to make the kids meal “fresh”. I said I hope so isn’t it supposed to be fresh? She glanced blankly then turned around to walk away. I said no sorry for messing your order up you acknowledging your mistake? She just paused then walked away. Now I understand why she said that my burger tasted like a dirty grill prolly reheated and my frys were old and all of it was cold. 3rd time person in charge the older lady with blonde hair and glasses hands my my cup with her fingers inside my cup. I ignored this until I saw something in the cup. Plastic shaving or something. I asked for another cup which clearly annoyed her. Second cup also had little black plastic shavings in it. She says she doesn’t see anything calls another employee to come look who briefly glances and I don’t see anything. I was like okay I can take a picture and blow it up if you want. She didn’t say anything and handed me another cup. Go to get soda no ice I ask a passing employee if If she could get me ice. Shot me a dirty look and took my cup. This was the cashier from my second visit to the Devine DQ. I’m sitting near the windows facing the register waiting for my food. Then the manager (older lady with glasses and dyed blonde hair) Is having a chat with that cashier that was there from previous visit. Then one then the other shoots me dirty looks. I’m kicking myself for not taking a picture of the ugly expression she was making while she glared at me. Just stood there staring at me. I stared back raised an eyebrow and she looked away. These people are rude and not very good at there job. Go somewhere else. Save yourself the trouble.

The bathrooms were extremely unclean and smelled HORRIBLE. I almost threw up twice from the smell. Like a sewer pipe burst serious health concern. The service was slow and food was okay.

I drove 45 min to this st hole and look at the backed up traffic ON A MONDAY!!! Not only are they slow but the customers are really that desperate for terrible food to wait in a long line ???

Ordered a dude meal and it was exceptionally good! Crunchy and the sliced tomato I got was actually a good thickness, not the normal thin sliced barely there that I usually get.
Very impressed. Everything was hot, the wait was minimal.
I know kids run the place but they need to be trained that service in this industry needs to excel.
Had to call them because our order was missing some things and the manager took care of us!
All in all, I’ma going back!

I haven’t been to this location in about 2 years & I was reminded tonight why I haven’t gone back. I waited 15 or so minutes in the drive thru que….no big deal. Got to the window & sat for over 7mins to get a small dipped cone & all the while, a girl in a blue shirt just kept looking at me through the window eating a damn blizzard. I left without the cinema because she didn’t even bother to greet me when I pulled up. This location used to be good, but now it sucks & I’ll need go back…..not to mention the elderly couple I saw go in when I pulled up & they apparently left without ordering, poor ol fella was using a walker & looked pretty upset when he came back out within 10mins. I guess the franchisees don’t g8ve a crap about customer service, because their employees sure don’t. I left a 1 star because Google won’t let you leave a negative star….absolutely ridiculous.
