They completely botched our entire order. How disappointing! What is worse, and the reason I am leaving this review, is because they would not answer the phone to see if we could rectify the issue. We have children and could not go back to the restaurant without speaking with them first to see what they could do to fix it. The food that we got was completely wrong and incomplete- pancakes without syrup – come on! Of course, the gravy and grits were on par. At least that order was still good – wrong, but still pleasantly good. Oh, and we didn’t even get our drink. Really?!

I’ve eaten at Jack’s in Northern parts of the state before and didn’t have the greatest memory, but this new location has definitely exceeded expectation. The Alabama white sauce chicken sandwich is delicious and the french fries are crispy and seasoned well. My only complaint is on both visits the chicken patty hasn’t been very warm (I assume this is because they fry a bunch of patties in preparation and they sit under a heat lamp and cool down). Otherwise, this is a nice change from the usual fast food chains.

Can’t comment on the food because after waiting for over 12 minutes, we were never acknowledged. Only 2 other people inside the whole restaurant, who looked like they had ordered and received drinks but that was it. I understand staffing shortages but a simple we will be right there goes a long way. The counter behind the register looked completely disorganized with papers strewn about.

Very slow service. Ordered ahead been waiting 10 minutes past ready time still no food. Evidently they don’t know how to fill app orders folks came in afterwards and received orders at the counter. Hardly any places to eat in Atmore. Now 20 minutes past time. Terrible service Go somewhere else. Evidently app orders go to back of the line. Sorry as hell service. Over 30 minutes. Hardly anyone here.

The service has been good so far. I’m in love with their breakfast selections and the milkshakes. The biscuits are made fresh right there in the store. My only coming I have is the amount of salt they use on the fries. The seasoning is a lot and if they cut back a little they would be so much better.
My only wish was they opened a little earlier for the workers who start their day way before the sun comes up.

I had the 3 tender meal my chicken was cold my biscuit was hard as a rock my coleslaw had no flavor only thing good was my green beans. Was out almost every sauce. They didn’t even give my husbands meal. Just a bag of fries. Only thing was great about the whole experience the manager replaced my husband meal no questions asked.
