I normally enjoy Dairy Queen, but this location seriously needs to address its staffing and wait times. The wait is extremely long every single time, sometimes almost 30 minutes just for a burger. It’s to the point it’s honestly ridiculous. This is clearly not the employees faults as they are trying their best, but they are overwhelmed and stretched thin. They need more people scheduled or hire more people because the poor staff desperately needs help. Customers shouldn’t have to wait this long, and employees shouldn’t be put in this position. Management needs to step up and fix this. Until then, I will be at McDonald’s.

I recently called ahead to order a dozen DQ cupcakes. I called at 10:10 and was told they had them and they would be set back for me. I requested some be made with vanilla ice cream and was told the cake maker was not in, so I said all chocolate would be fine. When I got there at 5:15 to pick up order it was not ready and they had to make them. After a half hour wait I was charged $6.25 a piece when the were advertised at $3.15 on the web page. I asked if I could use a coupon for $3 off a cake since I was buying so many and was told no. I was very disappointed in my experience.

Went through the drive through and ordered a 6 pc chicken strip basket and a blizzard, told me to pull forward because the chicken wasn’t done. Then proceeded to wait 15 minutes before calling and being told they forgot about me and they would be out. Waited another 12 minutes and only brought me out a 4 count

The blizzard was good. They were offering blizzards for buy one get one for 1.58. It was never mentioned. Ending up using a code at the window to get the second one for 1.99. Was dissapointed to go through the trouble to get a deal.

Stopped in for our daughter’s birthday cake wish. Chocolate extreme blizzard ice cream cake. They offered 2 sizes: we chose the larger. The young lady at the counter offered to embellish it and did a fantastic job!

went through the drive thru, the person on the speaker taking our order was so kind! the wait wasn’t too long. maybe about 2ish minutes to get our food. the person at the speaker helped me get a blizzard that had what i wanted in it as well! this one is a lot nicer when it comes to customer service and the blizzards are really yummy too. i recommend!

Really good chicken tender baskets. Awesome ice cream the only thing I could complain about is there a blizzard cost 6 or 7 and that is the cheapest you’re going to get. My mom is a big fan of the burgers. The pretzel and queso comb is phenomenal. The food is really awesome but the dining room sucks.

For fast food it is delicious. Far better than the standard fare at other fast food chains. However, it is comparably expensive. This particular DQ was clean and well lit, bathroom included. The service here was quick, and most importantly, friendly. They even bring your order to you.
