Went today a little before 4:30. A woman was in front of me and ordered, no problem. When I went up to order, the employee said, “We literally close in 3 minutes. The mall closes at 5, and every other place in here is closing right now.”
Why take the other woman’s order then? There was no “I apologize but ___” or “Sorry, but ___.” Also, discouraging me from going elsewhere in the food court was entirely out of line. I’ll never go to this DQ again.

hear me out. I love dairy queen. however, the place is never even open, and even when it is, there is usually only 1 person working, and they are working so slowly that I don’t even bother to get in line.
normally I try to be more sympathetic as I work in the fast food industry (and have worked at DQ, even) however (most of) the employees here don’t even seem to be trying.

Did you know Kids Meals do not come with a treat as advertised? I paid for a kids meal and told him when he handed me the bag with just fries and the 2 chicken tenders in it I’d like the cone in a cup and he told me that there’s a coupon on the bag for the treat. I said it comes with he meal. He said they have the coupons for that now. WHAT DID I PAY FOR THEN?? So after arguing with the guy about it I decided I’d just make sure everyone knew to not waste their time or money. I’m hoping we can get that wastw of space taken out of the mall and put a giant mirror or something useful there. I called and spoke to someone at the contact me section of the Dairy Queen website. I’m mad they ripped me off and probably others. ALSO what place doesn’t have a manager on site?

Went in on a Saturday afternoon (around 3pm). We ordered 2 blizzards and 2 milkshakes. The milkshakes tasted like curdled milk and the blizzard flavors available were oreo or reeses. I only ate about 1/3 of my blizzard because it also had a slight curdled milk flavor. I was too scared to finish it. Waste of time/money.

They are not the best DQ. The staff is not that friendly and their Blizzards are not made the best. But they are the only place for ice cream there so i don’t think they put much effort into being that good. They feel like you have to come to them so too bad for you. If they paid as much attention to customers as they do talking to each other they would be awesome. But they DON’T!

The food that is not ice cream are kind of garbage. The buns for the hot dogs were so stale that they crumbled when you tried to eat it. Bananas were still totally green. They didnt have chocolate ice cream and the machine for making frappes/moolattes was not working. The orange Julius seemed bland compared to what I remember. Definitely not the best 30 I have ever spent.

There is a mean girl named Alyy who works here. She was harassing me when I was trying to order my food, she was calling me names and telling me she wanted me to die. Then I came a different day to order food and she refused a paying customer. She had two rude female security guards come up to me telling me I’m not allowed to be there when I did nothing wrong. She was the one harassing me. The security guard were very mean and disrespectful.
