Hi yall.
Please be careful when ordering on uber eats or whatever delivery service you may use. Upon opening my bottled organic lemonade (11/22/25) ordered at 9:22pm.I received it by 9:30pm or so.
When I took a sip of my drink I noticed a large white foreign object that over time started to dissolve and break apart. I didn’t finish this obviously because it tasted strange and bitter than their usual bottled lemonade.
I have an open ticket with chipotle and uber eats to figure out what is going on. Even after only taking 1 swig I ended up passing out and slept for over 10 hours and I woke up drenched in sweat. I hope this was an isolated incident because I became extremely drowsy and groggy after finishing my burrito bowl (seemingly just fine).

Today I took my nephew to this Chipotle for the first time and the young lady that was back there giving us our portions was so sweet and so patient with him because he did not have the slightest idea what he wanted. He is only 8 years old and the way she spoke to him it was so caring. Asking him about his options when he was pointing his finger and stuff and neither one of us had any idea what he was pointing at and I’m like you must have kids and she said yes and I just had to do a review because she made him feel comfortable figuring out what he wanted his first time coming to Chipotle.

This has to be one of the worst chipotles. There’s one worker who is always so mean that works on the line. They’re always doing online only. It’s so annoying. I’m here. Just take my order. It makes no sense. Now I have to go place my order and wait 15 minutes just for you to take that time to make the food anyway. Make it make sense

I should have listened to the other 1 star reviews. This place is a mess! The tables and floor are filthy. I made a pick up order for 14:40. I finally had the order at 15:10. They didn’t bother checking the online order receipts. I ordered one crunchy chicken taco, which of course they messed up. Husband got a burrito. He said it was okay. It’s a shame as this location is one block from my apartment.
Edit: husband got me a beef burrito not knowing just how much I loathe this location. The meat portion was tiny still held together with silver skin. I threw it away.

No workers so they couldn’t take my order. Don’t ever order online. They scam you and give you legit no food. Could be a great place if the staff was better and everything was more consistent. Unfortunate to see.

This new location open up I believe on 6/9..it seems like a nice location. The staff was friendly serving the food and overall pretty clean. Only drawback the restrooms have codes you need to use that’s on the bottom of your receipt. If you go in having to use it first oh well. It must be for security reasons

Waited over two hours for delivery that was guaranteed in 45 minutes. Drove to location and waited another 45 minutes! In the course of those 45 minutes, zero orders were filled with 16 people waiting. Line was a disaster and unattended, employees clearly don’t understand any form of functionality whatsoever. Avoid at all costs!

I work night shift as a nurse so me and a co worker ordered delivery. Literally asked for a bowl, with rice, pinto beans, chicken, and queso…. Just four things and they messed it up completely. And got the photo below.
I don’t eat steak, or red salsa, or cheese or sour cream. Literally NOTHING about this order is right… apart from the rice.

This location does not even deserve the one star that I had to hit just to make the review. This isnt my first time actually getting some food delivered from there let alone DoorDash at that location and every single time that area barely put a half a scoop of chicken in my food when I pay for double And today I got two pieces of peppers as my fajitaso and 7 pieces of chicken every time I order from that location because that’s what’s closer to my house I always end up getting a refund Or a replaced free meal clearly, you gotta go in to get your food cause they would’ve never did this if I was there getting my food made
