Had a great evening with a small group of friends. Food was great and table in the back had great amount of space. I really enjoyed the experience. Had the Steak Tips.

Loved this cute little family owned restaurant. The vibe was cozy and comfortable, food was amazing, service was attentive, and the drinks were delicious. I loved the variety of signature cocktails and many non alcoholic options. They have bottles you can purchase for take out as well. Highly recommended.

Last Friday evening we traveled to Maumee for the weekend, we always look for local spots to support small businesses!
Flatrock Bistro popped up in our search so we made our way over, We were blown away as it’s a great little spot, easy to get to, amazing food, and a great atmosphere! As a bourbon guy I enjoyed the Still that they have in the restaurant!
We ordered the Brussel Sprouts and Nashville Hot Chicken for dinner! You can’t go wrong with any choice as it’s fresh and homemade for you! Don’t miss a chance to stop at this hidden gem!

Walking by I decided to drop in and try out the food. Ordered the Andouille Sausage meal with maple bacon. Wow, a great blend of contrasting flavors. The jasmine rice was great, and the parmesan truffle chips surprised me with how good it was and complimented the meal. I’ll definitely be back when I go to the theater across the street. Definitely try this place. I didn’t get a chance to try their drinks yet so I can’t comment on it. It’s a small but cozy place in a great spot at Fallen Timbers.

Must have caught them on a bad night, because the reviews were solid. Hate to say it, but the food just isn’t good. Ordered a burger because they were out of the steak, requested medium and got a well done burnt burger with a maple sauce that had no flavor. Wife ordered a chicken Caesar bowl and that was a miss too. Felt bad for the server, who was single handed on a Friday. Kinda an odd set up to place, liked the web site and description of freshness and creativity, but really missed the mark, especially for how expensive it was.

This place was such a great find. The food was incredible. I got the BLT (be sure to ask for crispy bacon if you want it, because they use thick cut) their house made aoli is DELICIOUS. My boyfriend ordered the black and bleu steak bites and he was also thrilled (I tasted one….seasoned and cooked AMAZINGLY) GET THE TRUFFLE CHIPS.
He got a beer flight, I got a cotton candy moonshine cocktail… everything local and tasty.
It’s got a small saloon feel, and the staff was so friendly and on point. Make sure to tip well, because those ladies are fantastic!
Also, they sell bottles of their locally distilled spirits 🙂
6/5 stars, in my opinion. We’ll definitely be back.
(Oh, but the place IS tiny, so I’d make a reservation if you’re on a tight schedule)

Trinity greeted us upon entering and made us feel very welcome. Everything we ordered was delicious! We had their creamy, house-made root beer to drink and ordered the queso/chips for an appetizer. And let me just say, those parmesan truffle chips were incredible! They came as a side to our burger/sauerkraut brat, both of which were very tasty, as well. Will definitely come back… there are more items on the menu I want to try!

Everytime we come the food is so delicious. Wings are thick. Brats are massive. And the rice bowls are packed with so much flavor. Highly recommend this place.
