Pizza American is a local staple in Willow Springs, Missouri. A locally family owned restaurant serving a wide variety of pizza’s, breadsticks, Subs sandwiches, wings, pasta and Desserts. We have a amazing salad bar with 42 items and 16 flavors of ice cream. We have Signature pizzas created in house and build your own with either original crust or thin crust. All dough is prepared in house never bought or frozen.

Great tasting pizza, obviously made with fresh ingredients; well worth the price.
Ordered two pizzas, Freda’s Finest and Taco. Both pizzas tasted great, from the crust to the toppings. One minor improvement; I wish the taco pizza could be ordered with the cold toppings (tomato, lettuce) on the side, not a complaint just something that might make the pizza better (I ordered pickup and in the few minute drive the cold toppings lost some of their “omph”). We got original crust on both pizzas. The pizzas were very filling, probably the fresh ingredients and freshly made dough.
Ordered two small (7 inch) dessert pizzas, the pineapple and the smores. The pineapple was better than I thought it could be, really surprising considering we got the frosting on the side and ended up devouring it without the frosting. It has a really nice sweet taste that is not overbearing. The smores similarly was pleasantly sweet, not what we expected as we thought it would be a sugar bomb.
Great food at good prices with quick friendly service, highly recommend.

Best Pizza Ever!!! I travel everywhere always looking for a flavorful pizza. I love a supreme of which I found there…. mouthwatering Freda’s Finest pizza. Topped with a delightful combination of pepperoni, Canadian bacon, beef, pork, Italian sausage, green peppers, onions, mushrooms, and black olives, this pizza is a true delight for meat lovers and vegetable enthusiasts alike. Fabulous!!! The staff were so welcoming and the owner is so friendly. Willow Springs is very fortunate to have such an amazing pizza place.

Traveling through Missouri and found this local place on Yelp. Fantastic! Awesome salad bar and a really great lunch pizza fresh made for local ingredients by really nice people in a lovely old historic building in their little downtown, parked right out front. Even had a pool table and delicious ice cream. Wow, gotta love small town America!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this restaurant!! The food is fresh, hot and top notch, the employees are friendly and professional, the owners are onsite and amazing. Such a friendly atmosphere. Try the salad bar, its the best one around and the pizzas are amazing! My personal favorites are the sandwiches – the meatball sub is excellent. Highly recommend this establishment. I’ve eaten here several times and never disappointed. You can even order ahead online.

My visit last night was a welcome one after a long day at work. I had the salad bar and a personal size sausage and pepperoni calzone. The salad bar is the best in the area, while the calzone was well balanced, not doughy at all like a lot of pizza crust can be. In addition to a perfect golden brown on the crust, the filling was well proportioned and I ended up eating more of it than I had anticipated!
The store’s quaint décor adds to the cozy atmosphere and there is a billiards table available for a game.
Highly recommended, a must-visit for tourists and locals alike!
