Don’t get a sandwich that you know is covered in sauce delivered if you’re going to complain about it being soggy. Don’t order a pizza like this in Connecticut if you can’t handle relatively thin crust. Don’t give local businesses bad reviews based on one questionable experience you had. So many of the bad reviews on this are for the pettiest things when, in reality, this is the best pizza you’re going to get in this town (and I’d wager it’s cheaper than Pepe’s). Don’t get me wrong, Pepe’s is good, but every Pepe’s location outside the original in New Haven isn’t anything special and Soho provides as good if not better pizza at a similar if not lower price compared to the satellite locations (like the Danbury one). Also this is definitely local and Pepe’s isn’t so much. Support local and exercise sanity. This place is good

This restaurant and their food are absolutely despicable, disgusting, non edible. Granted I ordered delivery, but I do every night and have never had such disgusting soggy undercooked food. I specifically asked for well done. I got soggy. Three meatballs on an entire grinder, half of it was soggy bread. The calzone, flat and round. Not sure what that was but it wasn’t a calzone. They skimp ingredients and undercook. They don’t read directions. And I am absolutely disgusted by the texture of this soggy mess. I refuse to pay $25 for a pizza as well. Or $3 a topping. Who pays $3 extra for garlic or peppers or onions? Ridiculous. I actually hope this place closes down. It’s a disgrace from real calzones and real subs!

I work at New Heights a nonprofit Wellness and Recovery Center in Danbury and just started meeting people at our site since over a year. Everyone was so pleased with these delicious pizzas. I recently had a Meatball Parmigiana grinder and can’t wait to try other dishes as time goes on.

If I could not put any stars I would!! Have ordered numerous times since I don’t use 3rd party apps with no issues. It always says ‘You’re within our delivery area’. Tonight, the driver got in our face and said ‘we’re taking away from other customers and we shouldn’t ever order again!’ I CALLED to speak with the manager, told he was busy but I waited. He told me I was out of the delivery area, not what your website said! I explained I should have received a call when the order was placed instead of being verbally attacked by the driver. He said he was busy but would call me back….NOT expecting any call but I will NOT order from them EVER AGAIN!!! Fix your website if you only want to service Danbury!!

I’ve ordered Soho before and never had issue. As always, this time I ordered from their website for pizza to be delivered at 6:15. The email response said 6:30 delivery. At 6:45 I called and was told all deliveries were out. At 7:00, my 3 pizzas arrived, cold and slid around in the box. To top it off, the driver told me that I live too far and next time I should order from door dash. When I entered my address on their website, it said that I am in the delivery range and thanked me for not using a 3rd party delivery system. I called to speak with a manager, the woman that answered took my number but surprise, I never received a call. Last time ordering from soho.
