Bistro 101- Graton Resort & Casino has the best cocktails and desserts that you should not pass up.
The atmosphere at this restaurant is very lively. It was our first time visiting. We came here for my birthday.
We had one appetizer, the meatloaf, the double California burger, and a dessert with two drinks.
Everything we had was great. The wings were crispy and pretty tasty. However, the Strawberry Jammin’ cocktail was my favorite. It was pretty and delicious.
The CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER BROWNIE was the highlight of the meal. It looked delicious and gorgeous when it first appeared.
It was a warm chocolate brownie with peanut butter cups, chocolate & peanut butter ice cream, salted pretzel streusel, and an almond brittle on the top garnished with gold tin foil.
Overall, this restaurant has a high standard for the quality of the food. There is a warm and friendly serving crew. We highly recommend it and we can’t wait to come back again.
I want to give a special thanks to the senior manager who worked at the restaurant on January 1st.
You helped us with your kindness and understanding. You are amazing and a valuable asset to the team and to the company.

Great service tonight. They served a complimentary house made potatoe chip, really good. Drinks were delicious and the apps as well. Chips needed a bit more salt but that is totally nit picking!

I needed something soupy and chicken noodle soup sounded good. I was served the worst chicken noodle soup ever. It seems like the kitchen ran out of the actual soup, made something up and tried to pass it off as chicken noodle soup. The broth was really dark and suspicious looking…also very bland. There were a few pieces of dry shredded chicken breast. There were a few noodles in there. The celery and carrot were still hard. The soup was so bad and I was right to be suspicious of it because it ended up giving me food poisoning.

American Restaurant/Bar at the Graton Casino. We came here after a Concert on a Friday night and surprisingly the wait wasn’t long. We sat at the bar because it was faster to get seated. My dad wanted a kahlua and cream and my mom wanted hot tea. We started with some happy hour clam chowder, they have a nice happy hour in the evenings and TVs showing the games! Service is great and quick, we also got the happy hour shrimp cocktail and my mom got the salmon and vegetables. There were plenty of options and service was quick. If you want to sit done, dine, and be served this is one of the spots for All American food at the Graton Casino.

Service was friendly and efficient. The food was excellent!
Good coffee is important and they nailed it, strong but smooth. And the creamer is served in a small pitcher that is ice cold. Nice!
Presentation was good. My wife enjoyed her Omelette, the potatoes are round, crispy and delicious
My steak and eggs were fantastic. Biscuit was hot and fluffy The steak itself was prepared perfectly, and was honestly one of the better ones I’ve had, tender and very good. The chimichurri sauce that came with it, let’s just say I would but it by the quart to take home. Wonderful
The vibe to the place is nice, upscale but comfortable. Clean and spacious

Coming from the east coast I can honestly say that I love diners. You can get anything you want and it is they are open 24 hours. I want to say for the most part on the east coast they are that way. In the Bay Area, I feel they are not so prevalent so every time I see an american bistro restaurant that counts.
Bistro 101 was absolutely delicious. The Passion Fruit Margarita is a must. The double smash burger was delicious and I do appreciate the server coming out and letting me know that on error my burger was not made to order. It was delicious nonetheless so who cares. The shrimp contact is the best I have ever had. The lobster melt was on point. I am looking forward to stopping by in between playing slots and getting a passion fruit margarita.
I live an hour away, when I visit the casino I will stop by again. It is worth it. The service is great. Everyone is welcoming, great lighting and ambiance.

Bistro 101 is located inside Graton Casino. It is a fancy looking restaurant inside. They serve salads and bowls; sandwiches; burgers; classic dishes such as fish and chips, short ribs, salmon, steak, and chicken. The restaurant also serves breakfast ALL DAY. I always love a good breakfast for dinner . There is a full bar. We ordered the fish and chips and the Battered Mary’s Chicken Breast Sandwich. Both dishes came with fries. There is a choice to get dirty fries. The food was good and the atmosphere was nice! I liked that I didn’t not hear the noise of the casino inside the restaurant.

Had quite the tasting there. First visitor opening day! Great experience, well staffed, attentive, and friendly. Breakfast was great, and the menu had a great selection and healthy items to choose from. At lunch, once seated, homemade chips and dip are provided they are addicting. It goes perfectly with cold beer. Sandwiches and salads are delicious. However, I highly recommend the bluffalo flavor wings. There are other flavors, but we only tried the buffalo flavor. I will be ordering those to go for my Super Bowl party! Kodos to the chef, management, and team. Definitely recommend trying. I will be back and often! It’s in the casino, which is 21 years and older.

My husband and I have come here a few times, and are never disappointed! We came for dinner on a Tuesday, which was less crowded and a bit more on the quiet side, which was nice! We started with an appetizer; shared a lobster roll, he got a mango mule and I got a small glass of white wine. For our main course, we each got a burger, sooo tasty! We get their burgers most of time we come here! Their BLT sandwich is also good! Our server was also very attentive!

I left disappointed after trying this brand new restaurant. Compared to Boathouse, this was bad. The Lobster sandwich is just cold lobster on warm bread. The chips are not that good. It should come with homemade fries or something. The Strawberry Jammin cocktial was amazing! Highly recommend. The service was pretty slow.
