Walked in a little after 1 pm. The drive thru was still quite busy. So I went inside.
I was promptly greeted. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich combo.
I added 2 packets of hot sauce to the chicken. It was nice and hot and juicy. The fries were nicely spiced and hot.

I look placed a mobile order through the KFC app and arrived to pick it up about 10 minutes later. The staff told me they couldn’t find my order and asked me to wait. I ended up waiting more than 20 minutes and still received nothing. No updates, no explanation, no urgency to resolve it. Very disappointing experience. If mobile orders can’t be fulfilled properly, don’t offer the service. I left with no food and wasted my time. Not coming back to this location.

I have seen the 8 PCs. for $10 deal on all the commercials lately, but when you select this option, it notifies you that “This offer not available at this location!”
In fact I selected stores from San Clemente to Tustin! All with the same response! How are they allowed to get away with this??

There is a KFC near our home in Rancho Santa Margarita. However, we make the extra trip to this store. If there is a problem or a mistake, the managers don’t hesitate to correct it. All of the managers and staff are professional, polite, and courteous. The food is fresh and the restaurant is always clean. Thank you all, for all you do!

The only thing I ever get is the chicken breasts. They’re always juicy and fresh. Chicken tenders are never as juicy or hot for that matter. Guess they’re not popular or something because they’re warm at best, clearly having been out for awhile. The ice wasn’t working, though. But they did have a bucket of half melted ice on the counter. A for effort.

First, the worker dropped a few pieces of food on the FLOOR and then picked up to place in the warmer (it was away from view) but didn’t know there’s a reflective surface where I can see it.
They lost my order that was place an hour ago and insisted someone else had pick up the order with the same order number, same name, and EXACTLY 1 MINUTE after the order was placed.
I said forget it. Don’t want to get sick. I’ll be call the local health authority to make sure this place is not making customers sick.
