Let’s be blunt: the place is a little dingy on the inside. Service here is consistently excellent, the food is pretty darn good for KFC. As you can see the wings are absolutely humongous. The chicken was good too. But the people really make it a good restaurant, and we appreciate the fact that there’s still a soda fountain with Pepsi zero.

Inconsistent quality. One order chicken was amazing. A month later, pre-ordered, showed up on the dot and was told they were out of chicken to park and wait 20 more mins even though we ordered via the app 40 mins prior. I park and wait, pull around again, guy at the speaker was rude, answers me back with “ya just pull up”. Uhhh ok…? Finally get my order, no apology, oh well. Get home expecting fresh hot chicken since I supposedly waited for fresh chicken. Nope. Cold, way overcooked leather on a bone. It was disgusting! The bowl of mac and cheese wasn’t fill up all the way and it was also cold. All together just a terrible waste of money. We were shocked since our prior experience was really good chicken!

Ordered the $20 build a bucket. It is to be 8pc of thighs and legs. Why did my bucket have 2 wings, 1 leg, 2 thighs and 3 breast? Staff seem to joke around too much and provide good customer service. I’ve started going to Crunchy Chicken and Popeyes.

Drive thru order. I ordered original recipe and found extra crispy when I got home. The extra crispy was too salty to eat. And I did receive a receipt so I could see how I was charged. Had not been there in years…I guess it will be years again. And I was looking forward to original recipe

If I could give this a negative 10 stars I would. Ordered 02/24 at 4:10pm.. I didn’t get my food until 4:57pm.. told out of Mac n cheese and no white chicken and got 16 drum sticks.. this was after they told my husband we didn’t have an order there.. had to send screenshots of our app order.. how does one receive an order, UPDATE the order but then told they don’t have the order. Food was cold. Won’t be back.

Waited 15min at the counter to place my order. Only needed a 3 piece. Girl said were busy sorry, she kept looking at ordering screen getting whatever was one there and didnt care about people at the counter waiting to order. The guy next to me said im going to the driveup window to get waited on, i said ill try to order online since she is ignoring us, so i just left because she was never going to wait on us ,just was going to do what was on the tv screen for orders .Big joke there go somewhere else they could care less about you!

I can’t speak to the food as I didn’t order, I just drove my friend through the line. However, the gentleman behind the microphone was named Jesse, and he was probably the nicest, most hospitable driver-the worker I have ever met. He was extremely patient and helpful, made sure to double check the order for accuracy, and most of all had the biggest smile and kindest heart while serving us. It really made my day infinitely better!!

Went back bc the chicken in my famous bowl was old. After calling 3 times with no answer. Then brought food back then dropped old ones down again so they were crispy. Insides were dry as a bone. Just wish they made it fresh. I said I would wait! Also sat at the window 5 mins. No one was in site. So I went back to the drive mic. Then they were available.

Service is really lacking. Arrived and wasn’t greeted. Staff seemed too busy to take my order. Although I was in the store, it seemed faster for me to order online using app. Once app reported that my food was ready, went to the counter only to be told that it wasn’t ready yet but will be right up. 5 minutes later, finally got my order. Total time in lobby: 15 minutes. I understand that it may have been busy, but lack of acknowledgement and shady reporting of readiness (probably to make their metrics look better than they are) just turns me off to this place.
