We just waited over 25 minutes for breadsticks you are not hot n ready and everyone hides in the back I don’t get why it would take 4 people that long. I’m not trying to be rude but the girl at the front was just so slow she could not process the order or even do simple math. I just saw 2 people flip out in the store that waited longer than us. To keep it short and simple this location is not managed properly is old rundown messy and the customer service does not exist. Take your business else where or go to a different location you will be 100% disappointed if you come here!

3 stars for convenience, quickness, friendly employees & great low prices on their pizzas. However, I do recommend ordering your pizzas ahead of time or , if you don’t mind the wait you can order when you get there! Either way always order your pizzas fresh. They have cheese & pepperoni already made & kept in the warmer for customers to walk in pick up a ready to go pizza, pay & get on their way. Problem with the ready made pizzas is if they sit in the warmer too long, they tend to dry out & become very hard which can be a bit rough on the gums, roof of mouth & teeth! I do have to say, I called & complained about the pizza & the manager was kind enough to have a fresh pizza made for me to pick up! Overall, this location is a good one to order your pizzas from. The employees are friendly, location

They really skimp on toppings here (see the pictures). First time we ordered they had under-proved crusts, second time it was half crust (but tasted better). The Mountain View location is way better.

We ordered online for a pizza at the Sunnyvale store and the order was completely messed up. The pizza we got had no toppings. We ordered black olives, onions, jalapeños and bell peppers. The person who took the order repeated after me perfectly. But in the end all we got was a plain cheese pizza. And they had left it by the door without ringing the bell. To make things worse when we tried calling the store, they put us on hold twice and said they will transfer to a store manager. i was waiting for over 30 minutes before i decided to hang up and go on yelp. What a poor customer service! Absolutely no courtesy. . i will be sure to not do any more business with you and will be sure to gi above and beyond to make sure people in the neighborhood know of your poor service. Never Again !

It was a thin crust with a lot of pepperoni … as you can see we ate it. It was YUMmy! Will get it again, as this Lil Ceasars Pizza made it exactly to my liking… well done, a little extra crisp! We will be back soon, because I’m hooked on this Thin Crust goodness!

It’s fast, it’s cheap. It’ll do in a pinch. But you have to eat the pizza quick before it cools off and turns to cardboard. But if you know this going into it, you don’t expect high quality, and then it fulfills what you need it for, pizza in a pinch.
