We hadnt been to this location in years, they had remodeled and it looks great! So much more spacious seeming. Sat at the bar and had Wilson wings and a half order of beef nachos. Food was great, the wings in particular. Ali was our bartender and she was fabulous! We will be back!

Overall, this visit was a disappointing experience. I’m not going into great detail about the service but it wasn’t great. I had a simple salad with grilled chicken. The chicken was tough and chewy. Another in our party had the quesadilla and it was so-so. Another had the Nashville Hot chicken sandwich with tots and they said it was good. We also had the sprouts/cauliflower appetizer and it was delicious.
This trip was different than our typical visit in that the food (especially the dry, overcooked, chewy chicken on the salad) and service were not up to typical standards. The atmosphere was good with lots of TV’s and a wide variety of games to watch.

The worst experience I have had at a restaurant occurred in 2025 I’ve visited this location several times prior to December when I visited to celebrate my birthday. I arrived with my guest, and at the same moment, another group entered behind us. We were all left standing there with no assistance in sight; a single staff member walked past us to go outside and then re-entered, completely ignoring our wait to be seated. After approximately 10 minutes, a young woman came to our aid and helped us find booths. We later learned that a young male waiter had intentionally overlooked us because he was trying to reserve the two booths for a large party he was expecting. It is important to note that these seats were neither reserved nor properly cleaned for our use. Throughout the meal, the service was subpar, as the waiter was displeased with the young woman for seating us there. He allowed her to manage both tables on her own while the restaurant was already quite busy. Meanwhile, the anticipated party arrived, and it was evident that an older gentleman was frustrated with the staff, having to wait until seating became available. He was glaring at my table and the other table from a distance, waiting for us to finish our meals, due to the young man who had pointed in our direction, indicating that we were occupying the seats he hoped to reserve for them. This made the entire experience extremely unappealing. The only positive aspect was the kindness and professionalism shown to us by the young woman who assisted us in finding seats. NEVER returning to this location again.

Had to check out the new remodel + get the unbeatable Taco Tuesday special. The beef tacos are delicious, the chicken was slightly dry but had great flavor! Shawna, our server, was very knowledgeable about the specials and so friendly! After the kitchen messed up our order she fixed it with ease and confidence. She had our best interest in mind! We are looking forward to the Thursday burger special (also unbeatable!)

We went to this location on Friday evening. When we walked in no one was at the hostess stand. We stood there for about 5 minutes and then seated ourselves. I know when we go to Johnnies the service is going to be extremely slow. I didn’t expect my husband to be insulted TWICE! He ordered coke when the server replied she said Diet Pepsi ? His response was Dr Pepper, again she said diet Dr Pepper. At no time did he mention the word diet. It’s appalling and very presumptuous for the server to continue saying diet when it was never mentioned by him.
He said his chicken was quite good. My pizza was burnt and had very little sauce or cheese. It literally cracked when I tried to fold it to eat it. Again, the service is unbearably slow and as you can see from the pictures it was not busy. We’ve been to Johnnies in OP; again slow service but excellent food. This will be our first and last time at this location.
