We paid for a whole meal and didn’t get anything from it, just a bunch of cinnamon twists. Our receipt has nothing on it that mentions cinnamon but it sure does say chicken ranchero. My husband saw one of the teenager workers in the back on his phone as he was bagging the food. I understand that this is probably his first job, but the LEAST he can do it not use his phone and read the directions. Whoever is the shift manager needs to talk with all employees to set clear expectations: no distractions at work. We read previous reviews and saw someone tried to get their order fixed and they were told they were liars. We don’t see any reason to try and get our food back, so they won’t be seeing us back.

This particular location is clean and neat, so it’s a nice inviting atmosphere. The food quality is good, but it is a little pricey and it would be nice if the food were a little bit higher quality for the price that it cost. Other than being a little pricey for fast food, I would recommend it. The flavor of the food is excellent, especially the blueberry and Cherry empanadas, and the crisp Chicken burrito.

Tater tots were pure salt, and the crisp meat burritos should be called taquitos because they’re so small. I’m not sure if it’s a local thing or a corporate policy, but these used to be a pretty good size! You can eat at a sit-down restaurant with a tip, and it’s less expensive. Plus, you’ll actually get full. ♂️

So you didn’t make our order right yesterday and I called and asked if I could talk to a manager and they said thier wasn’t one at the moment and talked too someone at the Clinton Utah location and they said bring the receipt and they would replace the order no problem even took my moms name and when she went too claim it they treated my mom like she was a liar and told her too pull up and wait snoty and made her park and then repark and no one was even there a lady told her next time they won’t do that they don’t do that and we had a freaking receipt!!! and I called on it because they made our food so terrible I had to complain about it maybe if they they had a manger there in the store then maybe mistakes wouldent be made by your team every time we order so tell you what I’ll never buy your food again any chain ever and we ordered a lot from you at least twice a week so thanks for being a creep too my mom this is complete crap my mom worked for the county for 39 years and to be treated like that we will never eat your food again I can make it better any ways u lost a good customer taco maker was better and cheaper and they never acted like that I’m so mad !!! I hope you get fired manager lady for acting they way you did to my mother shame on you go work some where different if you don’t like dealing with honest customers and maybe be at work so these mistakes don’t happen you know they didn’t put cheese or sauce on our burritos and gave us plain beans and I paid like 20 bucks for it all !!! Then she says next time bring the food back or we won’t replace it look we drive over 20 miles to your crappy store next time replace her gas in her car it doesn’t run for free ! And isn’t it illegal to ask for food back ? Because the Covid epidemic?!!! Hmmm if your doing that too customers then I’m not putting my family at risk to eat there simple as that fire that manager rude and unexceptional

Was told it would be 10-15 mins for our order when we walked in and there was 2 other people in the store. There were a few cars in the drive thru but that should NOT be more important than customers who are in front of you, everyone should be taken in turn.
The food was lukewarm by the time we got it. The mexi-fries with cheese looked over cooked & the cheese had already congealed. The price of the LARGE order is $4.99 but is NOT WORTH IT!
The green chilie enchiladas were small and pathetic.
The only things that were a decent size were the regular chicken enchilada platter and the tostada delight….but again, lukewarm.
We paid $40 for a small salad, 1 platter, 2 shriveled enchiladas & 2 empanadas (which they didn’t mark so we had to guess which one was which).
We will NEVER return to this Taco Time ever again!

First of all, it was delicious. I grew up on Taco Time. And I’m not sure who to blame these days. But, I would not recommend their taco salad, because of price. It was way too small for the value. A simple taco would’ve had more meat in it, and cost a lot less. It was mainly lettuce. So I’m disappointed in my meal. I got it to go, now I have to find something else in the house to fill me up.

They are probably the best fast food Mexican place around. They put a lot of filling in all of their food. And the hot sauces are great!

We ordered crisp meat burritos, a crisp bean burrito, mexi-fries, stuffed mexi-fries, regular tots, and cinnamon crustos. The cinnamon crustos are delicious. The crisp meat burritos are also pretty good. The mexi-fries were disappointing. Very small portion and the tots weren’t as crispy with the melted cheese on them. The drinks are good and the ranch they make in-house every day is thin but delicious. Not my favorite place to eat but hubby loves it.

The first girl who took my order was great. I got my food and decided I wanted water. I walked back up to the front and the girl had her back to me because she was filling the bags but both cooks looked at me and said absolutely nothing to anyone about me waiting. And they ignored me as well. The associates were swearing not caring who was in here. And my food was super bland. I ordered the burrito bowl and they barely put any avocado ranch on it. Just overall not a good experience. I was here the night of July 18th. Around 7:25.
