Everyone was polite, efficient, and I even got the signature “my pleasure” when I ordered, which is always a nice touch. As a former Chick-fil-A employee from the late 1990s in Atlanta, it’s great to see that the same culture of service and excellence is still going strong. This location is off to a wonderful start and we will definitely be back soon. One interesting observation is that the parking lot is quite large for the size of the restaurant.
This morning, the young women working the drive-thru were rude and openly laughing at me. I had just received difficult news about my child’s health at a medical appointment, so I was already feeling upset and overwhelmed. I stopped by for breakfast, hoping for a quick and simple interaction.
When they asked for my name at the speaker, I gave it to them, but it was repeated back incorrectly as “Jeff.” This happens to me often in drive-thrus, and it’s frustrating. I responded, “No, it’s not Jeff—just put whatever down,” because at that point I didn’t have the energy to keep correcting it.
When I pulled up to the window, the employees were looking at each other, laughing and clearly mocking the situation. One of them said, in a sarcastic tone, “Have the best day ever,” while practically tossing the food to me. They also forgot my drink, and as I waited, they continued giggling.
It felt incredibly unprofessional and insensitive—especially toward someone who was already having a hard morning. A little kindness and empathy would have gone a long way. Needless to say, I won’t be back.
Food is Chik Fil A. It’s good.
Service was slow but they’re new still. Friendly but wasn’t moving as fast as expected for CFA. I anticipate this gets better, but without a play place, we have less of a reason to come back and find out.
Why have a two lane drive through and one be for mobile orders when the regular line is always backed up and the mobile line is empty. Chick fil A is notorious for excelling in running processes so smoothly so I hope they figure this out. So excited to see this location prosper ❤️
