Disappointed..I went to get a burrito which turned out to be $10 plus taxes, and when I went to pay the lady was absolutely disrespectful! My card had declined and i received the most dirty face from this lady, who looks around 40. Im super disappointed as my family and I love this place. Great tasting food. Fries are amazing!! Patty melt was good but was not on rye bread, but the grilled onions and burger were good. Other burgers I’ve ate there has been very good.

Small place that used to be a Dairy Queen. Turned it into an additional Jim’s Burger location. Food was made hot and made fresh. Staff seemed a “little” less attentive than what I’m used to experiencing from the other locations, but still quite good. I would not have an issue with trying this place again to see what kind of service and food quality I would get the next time. I’m just not in this area that often. If anyone were to inquire with me about giving this place a try, I would say it’s certainly worth giving it a shot. I was pretty happy over all with my experience, and look forward to see what the next one will be like.

Over the years the prices have increased and the quality of food has also decreased. I appreciate the staff is usually friendly but the wait times are ridiculous. I have waited many times and watched several people order after me but still receive their food before myself and others.

The only time you should head to this jim’s is for their lunchtime crew. Their night crew is so lazy. They pretend that they can’t hear you. When the speaker quality is very clear inside of the restaurant. It’ll make you waste more time. They need to fix their night crew. In order for this establishment to be as successful as their others. They’re lazy and rudeness is why this one is terrible to go to after their lunch rushes over. Like how you going to give someone a warm milkshake like how you going to enjoy that would rather go to the west side Mexican food places instead.

I believe a quarter pounder from McDonald’s has more flavor, I know for a fact it has more juice to it too. The fries are good after you add your own salt. But HEY the bacon is CRIIISP
