I’ve been going to the Hometown Pizza of Southbury for over 5 years now and this is my first time trying this location. Come to find out it’s one of the original locations, I was excited to try a simple plain slice that turned out to be phenomenal!
I will travel from Southbury soon to try more food with my family! Thank you to the staff and owners for such great attention to its guest and quality in food!

This restaurant is super good it is kids friendly and the food was delicious. Price is affordable comparing the prices now. You also can enjoy a great alcohol drink when you are enjoying your food. Services were great. Come with hungry and prepare to eat a lot because the plates are big!!!

Although we waited 35-40 mins for our food let me tell you it was worth the wait! As soon as we walked in everyone greeted us, the front desk, the cooks and the servers. Our waitress was funny and upbeat. They have great customer service altogether. Now the food…… The food was phenomenal. The best thin crust pizza Ive had by far I would say. Its not greasy, and it has the perfect amount of cheese and what ever else you order. The stuffed breads were pretty great as well. The food was super fresh and delicious. I recommend 100000%

we recently moved to the area and just came home from our dinner date. we had a great time and shared a delicious meal together. valone, i hope i got your name right (owner) came to say goodnight and thanked us for coming in. one thing i absolutely love is meeting the owners and when they care enough to chat table-side with their customers. he’s a really stand up guy and talking to him made it feel like we were longtime friends. what a fantastic first impression, we’ll definitely be back.

Staple pizza shop for us in wallingford. Pizza always good, staff is always pleasant, dinners are always delicious!!! I’d like to point out a recent experience which is why they are 5 STARS:
I was in a pinch with family visiting and needed a tray of chicken within a few hours. Not only were they willing to do it, upon inquiring about their use of dairy in it (i have a family member who cant have dairy), they stated that they did but they wanted everyone to be able to enjoy it, insisting they made a dairy free version!! This hometown feeling spoke volumes and meant alot!!
While this may not be the same for very large orders, in the moment of everything their willingness in this instance earns 5 stars!!

Very good pizza and pasta, I also enjoyed being able to try a few pizzas by the slice. I found the food to be a great value and would definitely visit again. The only reason for a 4 instead of 5 star review was the waitress although very friendly was quite often absent.

The food here is fantastic. The restaurant is dated. It looks like it has not yet been renovated this decade including electronics for payment transactions, they don’t accept Apple Pay, which is a shock
