This was my 1st visit at this location. I typically patron the 82nd St or N. Keystone locations because their service and food is consistently top tier & hot. I work in the area now so this location was very convenient for me today. I arrived right before 440p & I’ve never picked up my carryout order at a Papa John’s and my pizza was luke/ barely warm until today. My pizza does look as delicious as I expect it to be but I wasn’t even eager to eat a slice on my trek home which I always do because I love doing that iykyk. Apparently, they do not care at this location is what it shows me. Poor customer service & lukewarm food I can never get on board with. Please just do better. Your patrons deserve better than mediocre.

I cannot recommend this place enough. As anyone that knows me is aware, I’m not typically a chain person. I like supporting local. However, this store went above and beyond for me and my employees. We had placed a large order and they worked with me on a price that was within budget and helped us save money while still serving our students.

Long story short, we ended up having to cancel the order at the last moment due to a miscommunication issue. The error was 100% our fault and yet, they allowed us to make this change. We bought and picked up the pizzas that had already been made and were very gracious to us. I felt incredibly bad for having to change the order at the last minute, but they were so professional and helpful to us. I will definitely be going back to them more now as they totally deserve it and earned my repeat business.

Yes, I know that cancelling at the last minute is not fair to them. I get it. And if I could have still bought all of the pizzas, I would have, but my hands were tied. I am beyond grateful, as was my department and company, that they were able to help us out. Thank you again management and all of your staff for your hard work, dedication and still greeting us with a smile.

I’ve worked at two Papa Johns locations during my undergrad degree, and my managers would have lost their minds if I had tried to send a pizza out even slightly resembling what I’ve gotten from this store. I’m officially done trying to order in Indy. Over the last year, I’ve ordered several times hoping that I had just caught them on bad/busy nights. Nope, they’re just really bad at this lol. Sides like sauces/drinks are always left out. Instructions for extra sauce, baked well done, x ingredient on half are always ignored. They can’t even cut the pizza correctly and that’s, like, the easiest part of the job. The cheese seal? Abysmal. Papa Shame on this location

The pizza at Papa John’s is decent, but the service could use improvement. Orders often take longer than expected, and staff don’t seem very attentive.
Customer support feels rushed and not very helpful when issues arise. Overall, good food but disappointing service not quite up to the mark.

Wilson is a terrible manager or shift lead, he never acknowledged any of the customers that came in, instead he was doing “MATH” never looked up while talking to any of us and it was a lobby full of waiting customers. Caleb stepped in and handled our situation like a MANAGER! I say Caleb should be in the front! Big W for Caleb.

Worst experience of my life. He would not let us in in -4 degree weather and made us stand in the drive through even though our pizza was all ready and made. By the time that we got our pizza and wings they were luke warm at best, mind you we walked there because its a 15 minute walk so we still had to walk back and by the time we got back the pizza was ice cold. Worst part of it all the guy serving us could tell we were upset and cracked a joke thinking it would be funny in sub zero tempatures after making us wait.

For a carry out order which was ready and i waited 3 mins to see a person and they came and took the cash and went inside and no one came out to hand me the order it took them literally 15 mins

The worst experience ordering takeout pizza I have ever had. Got into line whenever the order status was marked as “ready”. Pulled up to the window and told them my name and then proceeded to wait 25 minutes for another worker to finally bring the pizza over to the window. The entire time, watching the staff on their phones, talking with each other, etc. having zero customers in the store. Completely confusing why they mark the orders ready and have you wait forever at the window, creating a MASSIVE line.

Stood in line for minutes without even being acknowledged or spoken to by the staff. The person in front of me walked out and said that no one took his order. I also walked out because no one took my order. This is a horrible way to treat your customers. Do not come here, there’s better pizza and service elsewhere.
