Good coffee and hearty delicious breakfast sandwiches. It takes about 15 minutes, but they are not pre-made, so totally worth the wait. Great outdoor seating and indoors have a cozy setting with a small gift shop. I ordered a salted caramel latte. It came with a homemade sweet cream foam. Yummy! If you’re in Hotchkiss, be sure to stop.

Based on only 1 time going this is a great stop coffee shop. My companion was instantly charmed by the ambiance, outside full of flowers and unique knick knacks give the eyes plenty to feast on. Inside the shop is a cute little gift store with even more artisanal rarities. My companion thoroughly enjoyed her coffee which is the main point and mine was “just good enough.” Sometimes I like my coffee too hot and not so sweet so that I’ll drink it slower, if it’s too delicious then I’ll subject my tongue to being boiled alive. If it’s not hot enough I’ll also just slosh it back and either way I don’t really get to enjoy it. So “just good enough” is great for me.
