I love the Dragonfruit lemonade drink at Starbucks because I believe it has more caffeine than the coffee!!! Really I do! I have read so many different details on the amount of caffeine is in the drink that I just now go by the way I feel. If you have never had one I will highly recommend that you try one before 12 pm in order not to be up all night. The staff at this location was extremely friendly from the time you walk in until you pick up your drink, they also had tables outside to enjoy the lovely summer we are having but too all the chairs were taken do I could not take a picture. Well enjoy!

Nothing exceptional or great in service here. Order taking was slow and although I told him what I wanted up front, I had to repeat it a few times for him to punch that in. My name was asked but not called out when the order was ready. No one had a smile on their face and all this with a pretty light load at the shop which is a pretty decent size and was kept up. They have nitro at this location also and entertain you bringing your own cup (on hold at this time due to Covod-19). It is a corner shop to plenty of window seating. Bar style seats by one of the windows and table on other. Bench and square tables in the center at this location.

I try not to leave bad comments. I left out to my truck to drink coffee with my wife that’s sick. I ordered a sick tea and small coffee. Not even 50ft away from the building and less than an hour I go back in to get a refill and I’m told since I left out they have to charge me full price. No other Starbucks have done this. I asked what if I went out to smoke. That would be okay. But to my truck that is right outside where they can see me. Now I have to pay full price. I would give 0 stars if this was an option. The excuse is sorry every district is different.
After making a complaint to corporate they immediately address the issue and now making up for this store mistake. So not only to report the bad but it’s good to report the good. Hopefully this store review there policy and training. The other review below charging someone for an order they messed up on is not cool.

It was a busy Thursday late afternoon and the only barista on the floor was hustling between the register, espresso bar and pastry case while the other person was on break. She was so efficient and impressive with her speed. She must have finished at least ten drinks in ten minutes. If all Starbucks had hard workers like her, there would be no news of slow service at Starbucks. Glad to see that they have brought back ceramic mugs and have locked the restrooms for customers only.

Service is not always bad here, but this morning really got my blood boiling. I go early to avoid the crowd and the barista tells me she is unable to break a 100 dollar bill. I tell her no problem and offer to break it at the store next door and come back with smaller bills so her drawer won’t be depleted. I go across the street and come back only to see the store is now crowded and she didn’t even start my order. I had to wait in line again and the wait 20 more minutes to get my order. My order ended up taking me 45 mins and caused me to be late this morning. Better customer service is needed. Customers shouldn’t have to go through all that just to give you our money and our business.

Only one barista was fulfilling orders. She was really busy! I saw her making my venti iced hazelnut oatmilk espresso and she forgot to add hazelnut syrup! I was about to ask her but the cup was already spilling! Hazelnut drink without hazelnut syrup! Not a good day today! -JAY
