This place is disgusting the way they serve their food. I ordered bbq ribs (if you even call these ribs) and it came in all shredded, dry and no flavor. Also why place the towelettes on the ribs? There’s no reason to put it on the plate at all. The waitress that served us seemed like she was irritated while serving us And other guests. This is the worst place I’ve tried in minot Don’t waste your money here.

Literally flabbergasted this place is rated at 4.4 stars. Don’t make the mistake my boyfriend and I did by visiting this establishment. The other reviews left praising this place must be by people who have no clue what good food is. Not trying to be mean, but the food was gross. Also, I find it weird for food to be delivered with packets for dressing and sour cream. Salad was just iceberg lettuce with a few pieces of grated carrot. It was all very bland as well as over cooked/fried. They left the membrane on the ribs which were boiled. Chicken fried steak was dry. The canned gravy with the toast was the only somewhat good thing we ate. Waitress was nice but the woman by the door selling pull tabs was quite the sourpuss. Made our stomachs hurt. Just don’t do it.

This place reminds me of mom and pop version of Texas road house maybe?

The service was very fast when it was busy on a Tuesday night. Discovered that it was a rib night.

The food came out really quick. The appetizers were typical fried food nothing special.

The steaks are cheap and they were pretty good! Everything is served in packets and disposable containers. Service was quick and great.

The daily specials are a big draw. Plenty to eat, don’t go away hungry. This place can fill quickly, get there early! Tables are a bit close, a sign that people enjoy the place. Walls are covered in murals to enhance the atmosphere. Center stage is a fireplace.

I came here with guest. Ordered the king cut prime rib. RARE/MID RARE. It came well done. Returned it and again Returned Medium well! Appetizers, drinks and two other main courses. They were correct for my guests. But unfortunately not mine. Really disappointed if you can’t identify Temps or question the temp of meat. Ask someone who knows or don’t serve it.

Went with a group of 35. The waitress who took our orders was amazing. Food was served in no time. No complaints from anyone!

Service was excellent and the staff was friendly! Ribeye steak was delicious, and the sides were decent. Lobster was what you would expect from a restaurant located 1000 miles from any salt water.

The prime rib was what I went for, but I found out that it’s precooked and then frozen until used… so I passed on that before I even ordered

Was not disappointed in the steak tho!

Went there for the first. Was told it was a very excellent restaurant. I got a 8 oz steak well done with salad and shrimp. Don’t like any pink or red. My steak came out with red juice coming out. I didn’t even cut in to it. My shrimp very burnt.. my loaded baked potatoe luke warm with my toppings on the side, cold like they came straight from the freezer in a cup. I was expecting them on my potatoe so the cheese would be melted. My salad looked like it came from Walmart out of bag. Lettuce and shredded cabbage, was hoping I’d get at least cucumber onions carrots or a tomato or two. My raspberry lemonade turns out to be crystal light per the waitress. Apparently there was a new cook. But I was not impressed at all. Sorry but I will not be back. Wings were the only thing that were hot and crispy. And the waitress was very nice and apologetic.

We were greeted warmly and just beat the dinner rush by minutes. We were celebrating a birthday and he wanted steak. I searched for the best steakhouse in the area and the Hacienda had the highest ratings and best comments. It did not disappoint. We left with to-go boxes because the Hacienda doesn’t skimp on servings. The prices are outstanding compared to the chains in Minot, and the food was better, came faster, and drink refills or another from the bar was anticipated by our server well before we ran out. I’ve experienced quite the opposite at the chain steakhouses in Minot. Well worth the 5 minute drive to Burlington. A new favorite.
