ordered the big dinner box last night upgraded to cheese bread for an extra 2$
its a good bit of food for 30$! extremely happy and were all full with an extra 3am snack! lol. place was very clean. food was AMAZING! food was done in about 15-20 mins for pick up! i could eat 100lbs of the honey bbq chicken alone! will definitely be ordering again soon!!!!

Super Bowl Sunday I was charged $52.48 for someone else’s Order I have contacted the store multiple times and spoke to the manager Rachel and Pauline. None of which has got me my refund. It has left me no choice, but to dispute these charges with my bank you cannot get a hold of Pizza Hut at the higher level. I do not recommend placing an order with them unless you were using cash. this store must’ve recently got a new manager because I have never had this issue before. Normally this Pizza Hut is on it and takes care of their customers. This is unacceptable to charge someone $52.46 for an order that was not theirs and put them through all of this for a refund. It should have been refunded the night. The mistake was made, but according to them it’s Super Bowl Sunday were too busy. You should never be too busy to take care of a customer.

Other than it can sometimes take a long time to get your food, this is a solid Pizza Hut. The food is always fresh and the staff is extra helpful. There is plenty of parking around back and inside has ample seating. If you are ordering to go or having it delivered, always check your order for correctness. They often substitute between pan or hand-tossed without telling you (you pay extra for pan crust).

It was very slow when we dined in. Our hostess turned out to also be our server and our cashier. When we were checking out. She did a great job juggling the three positions as a few other customers came and went. The outside and dining area of the store were very clean. The bathroom could have used some work. The food was hot and the drinks were cold. That’s pretty much all you can ask for after a good service.

I have yet to catch her name, but there is a little older lady that has given me my drive through orders multiple times. Every interaction with her has been all smiles. Shes charismatic, and helpful every time. My food is always yummy, and service has been great every single time.

Everything was great, except the pizza,which was good, but it’s just not what it used to be. They have changed the sauce, and they have changed the crust (specifically the “Pan pizza” crust) the song isn’t sweet and tangy look it used to be, and the crust isn’t light and fluffy like it used to be and it had more of a garlic flavor, and not to mention it used to be a lot greasier, which in my opinion made it a whole lot better. All these corners you’re cutting to save money so you can make more money more money more money, is unfortunately going to be your downfall. you cannot honestly tell me that skimping on your ingredients has saved you more money than you could have made by making it like it used to be. You skimp on one ingredient it affects the whole recipe. Your recipe is your product, don’t mess with it!

This review is not related to the food. I tried calling them for an hour to see what days and times they have the buffet and my call was picked up on 6 times and hung up. If your busy just put a paying customer on hold. They lost my business tonight.
