So today I took my mom out to lunch after church. And we ordered the buffet 1999 apiece, which is no problem. I have no problem paying for good food good service. My mom is 76 so she doesn’t eat that much. She had a little plate of salad and a little plate of food and she could not finish it so she wanted to take it home for later so they then charged me another $9.59 for her to take that home and no she did not go back and refill up plates cause never at one time where we brought any other plates besides the ones from when we checked in so the food is OK but not $30 a plate

Best server ever. Christina !!Salad bar was great. Meats on the bar where good fried fish was cold the food is piled to high to keep hot. Needs to be level with the steam table veggies could use some seasoning. Mainly carrots. Dessert bar was very nice great sweet tea!!

The food quality is lacking. It was much better when it was Western Sizzlin. It seems like they have cut corners to cut costs and the customer pays the price. The dessert offerings are as bad as a cheap Chinese buffet. The ice cream or whatever it is is just awful and definitely not real ice cream. The honey mustard dressing is an odd color and looks nothing like honey mustard that you’d get anywhere else. I was afraid to even try it. The sad part is is that a lot of people want a restaurant like this. With a few minor changes and upgrades it could be a really nice place again that you would want to go to. As long as they keep cutting costs and going cheap then, there are better options. I really want this place to succeed but I’m not going to spend my money on subpar quality food. The reviews are very suspicious. They’re either five star glowing reviews or one star negative reviews which makes me feel like the positive reviews might be fake or planted.

First timer here. Service was great from our server. Management sucks. Found hair in our food manager sent our server back out to tell us they’d change the broccoli and cheese out in which is was found. No manager came out to apologize and take accountability for it. Most of the food was either burnt, cold, mushy, dry, or very processed. The buffet bar didn’t stay very clean nor did it keep the food hot. It was very disappointing to be a family owned business. We traveled almost an hour to try the place out and were highly disappointed. Please save your money and pick anywhere else. Looking for a good buffet just go to Golden Corral. Don’t waste your time or money. To be family owned, management doesn’t care about the customers like you’d imagine. Highly disappointed and will NOT be back. Wouldn’t recommend this to my friends, family, or anyone for that matter.

No steak on buffet. They had chopped steak/hamburger steak with gravy on top. Took a bite and all you see is pink. Tell manager they did nothing not even a sorry or anything. And didn’t go check the buffet just left on there. Then they brought out more attempted again thinking be alright now and somehow it’s worse pink on one side and over done on other. So be on look out check your food other than that buffet was bland not really good food options. Only decent items was the deserts. And you have to ask for plates each time waiter doesn’t automatically bring them. But does keep drink full will give them that. All in all. Definitely worse buffet we been to and one of priciest for 2 adults with 2 drinks $42 that’s crazy

Unfortunately, a place in such a good place does not care about the service and, above all, the cleanliness of the place, my family and I were there and it was our first experience, when we arrived we asked how it works and the emotion in front of us answers us irreverently and initially we felt bad but we decided to give another opportunity to another employee who was at least kinder. Then we had to wait about 10 minutes for more dishes to arrive, and we lack one cutlery and it took almost eight minutes to bring us some cutlery, then the drinks took about six minutes while they were in the back and to finish making us happy (sarcasm) in the buffet area there was a cockroach that seemed to be a long time because it was huge. Super bad experience on this visit, perhaps in the future if they improve service and cleanliness, another visit could be considered.

First time visiting, we were not greeted upon entry, cashier simply pointed to the left and told us to go around. My cup smelled like burnt plastic. The only good food items were the baked beans and hot rolls, everything else was bland. The desserts were dry and not sweet. The ice cream was watery and wouldn’t hold shape, tasted like ice crystals. The only fresh fruit available was cantelope and honeydew melon, everything else was canned fruit in syrup. At checkout, we heard the same cashier be super friendly and polite to the guests ahead of us but at our turn, she simply said “hey” pointed to the card machine after our total then “thanks” after our receipt. Her attitude felt very prejudice.
The only highlight of the visit was our waitress. I forgot her name but she was an older woman with brown curly hair. Super sweet and attentive, checked on us every 10 mins or less.

Food and dessert was awful. Food was way over cooked and burnt. The dessert tasted like freezer burn DISGUSTING. The waitress was not really friendly. I had chicken livers that were so over cooked, it was like eating rocks. The food used to be good, but now it’s bad. I don’t recommend eating there unless the food and service improves.
