The food was Great the Staff was wonderful this Waffle House was very clean and the food was fast and hot. It was nice talking with the staff about the area and making small talk about our vacation it was a very welcoming and homey restaurant. Would definitely stop again and highly recommend it to anyone who wants to have the “Waffle House Experience”.

We were stoked to see WH. Friendly greeting from waitress. We sat down in a booth. To our left was a young girl, maybe 11-12 years old. We were just waiting and heard the poor kid snort her stuffed up nose. Then she started coughing. We told the waitress we had to leave. We are seniors with health issues. The Manager should have not allowed that! I get why the waitress brought her, so she could work. That’s not right to risk folks lives.

To preface, this is my family’s typical Waffle House to go to. We like that it usually isn’t too crowded and we usually get consistent service and food. Tonight, however, was different. We were greeted promptly and had our orders taken. Most of our food came out quickly. My daughter received her waffle but me & my husband didn’t receive ours. We waited for our server to come back by the table, which she didn’t until 30 minutes later to bring the check. We asked for the waffles to go. Our table was not checked on our entire visit minus initial orders and food being brought out. I would’ve understood if it was 1 server with multiple tables but it really was not busy. Our experience tonight will make us think twice about coming to this location.

I’ve not been to a Waffle House like this since I was a kid. Excellent service, and you can eat inside which is amazing if you’re from Winston-Salem. Incredible food and the best I’ve had in memory.
Brunette waitress was causing a stressful work environment with complaining/saying rude stuff about staff & raising her voice – getting irritated with a customer request for butter (I think it was butter). Seemed pretty unstable, needs anger management. Insanely good otherwise.
Ashtin is a very nice, even keel & industrious waitress. Excellent service from her and she took the passive aggressive behavior professionally.
Love the place, will be back regularly from West Winston Salem on Friday/Saturdays after closing Joyner’s Bar downtown.

Came in with my 6-year-old on a Friday night, it was completely empty, which is often a bad sign. Erin was quick to welcome us and was friendly and efficient. We’ve been to at least 15 different Waffle House locations between GA, SC, and NC- this was by far the cleanest one we’ve been to and probably the best meal we’ve had at a Waffle House. We will definitely be coming back.

The food is good, but if you were gonna have a delivery option, it should actually work nine times out of 10. It tells me that I don’t have an option for delivery that I have to go pick it up myself. I only live five minutes away from the store, so if y’all aren’t gonna give me the option to have it delivered, take it off your website.

This place was the best Waffle House I have ever been to. The service was top-notch. Every employee greeted me upon entering. It was super clean. Excellent team work. The cooks were on it, moving fast and accurate. The food was excellent, and the place was incredible. Thanks to everyone who works at this location. Excellent work.
