Absolutely loveee this place!!!! My favorite local spot to grab a nice glass of wine & a little snack. Always feel very welcomed by the staff & really love the atmosphere; its equally upscale yet casual! They change their wine list every so often & it’s always fun to try the new wines they get in! Liana, the owner, does amazing things for the community & I always love coming to events here- Boise (Garden City) is so lucky to have Parcero in our community!!

What a moody little vibe! The wine selection is great, I tried 3 different wines while there and all were fantastic. The interior design is gorgeous. The outdoor space has some of the most comfortable outdoor furniture I’ve ever experienced in a bar/restaurant! The owner is so pleasant and we enjoyed chatting with her. Highly recommend!

First time experiencing this place and was excited to try a new place our. I was visiting this place after seeing an advertised event on facebook to visit for a women’s event featuring a free glass of wine or champagne. We were planning to be at another event in Garden City and thought, ok, we will venture into Parcero after our other event to see what they are all about. So we went at 9:15, and the women’s free glass of wine was supposed to end at 10:00. When we inquired about that, they said they ran out of the free wine, but that was okay with us and we ordered wine any way at regular price, we had no issue with that. BUT, the staff was what we had issue with, they IMMEDIATELY informed us that it was last call, and were very cold and not engaging. I felt like they were INCONVENIENCED that we were even there
(on a Saturday night) and did not even engage in small talk or were even interested that it was our first time there. I think the purpose of the event of a free glass wine was to drum up business in the first place, but they seemed really indifferent that we even were there and seemed almost irritated that we showed up at 9:15. I have worked in the restaurant business for years, and have to say I have never felt as UNWELCOME in an establishment as this! I will NEVER step foot in this place again! I will spend my money in a place that wants us as a customer! The other thing that was unacceptable is that they were placing the chairs on top of the tables while customers are STILL THERE, if that is not a signal that we want you to leave, then I don’t what to think!!! Your event to bring new customers in actually backfired and made us not want to ever go in again!!! The atmosphere and decor were beautiful, but your staff left us uninspired! Sadly, disappointed and we will give our business elsewhere!
Love to try new places, but when your staff doesn’t make your customers welcome, it will affect your business. As a restaurant worker, the people who interact with your customers are the lifeblood of your business and success. We were there on 3/7/26 at 9:15 – 10:00 P.M. so you know who was working then. Hopefully your other employees do better with your customers.

Absolutely amazing. From the moment I walked in I felt so welcomed and comfortable. Yesterday, March 7, was a prime example of women supporting women and it is absolutely amazing that this event embodies Parcero’s culture and community. Will definitely be coming back!

The wine selection is top tier, and they have a “girl dinner” on their menu which is super cute. The staff offers a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere, and they put on lots of fun events as well.

I visit Parcero everytime I am town. The staff is warm and friendly and the wine selection is outstanding. They have introduced me to many new favorites and the small plates are always flavorful . Many times they will source from local purveyors for specials on the menu. Close to town and convenient with free parking.

This place is the definition of 5 stars! Knowledgeable friendly staff…interesting cool vibe and overall feel. A wine experience different than other spots…offering worldy glasses you might not take a chance on otherwise.
