I ordered the 12 pice chicken tender meal special. I didn’t get the six biscuits or the six sauces. And l paid extra for those sauces. The fries were cold and hard the cream potatoes were half full, the mac and cheese and gravy were good. My tenders looked like dried up nuggets. How am l suppose to feed my family of 5??? I suggest when going here use the app to get food rather than get attitude from driver thru. Food was good. Most staff was kind. The young lady in the drive thru acted completely annoyed to be there. Tikara. I felt like a burden ordering food. My questions were barely answered. I was rushed through my order and when I requested to add tea, was given an eye roll and a disgusted gasp. If you don’t want to deal with people find another job. You are in the wrong line of work. Don’t take out your troubles on everyone around you. Everyone is struggling with something. I’m praying you find peace in your life.

Ive wanted to post an honest review. So I have waited until we have eaten there more than a few times within the last year. Not only has the service consistently been extremely poor but the last 4 or 5 times has actually been down right disrespectful. They rarely have any fresh food after 6pm and the act like its so hard to cook more food? Idk it seems like customer service has left KFC all together. I’m only posting this review to keep anyone else from having to deal with that location. Good luck

We used the drive thru and there was a little wait to get our food, but our order was right. Which seems to be uncommon at fast food establishments. The service was great and the food was delicious.
Update: seems to be a hit or miss here. The young girl that was working the drive through shouldn’t be there and especially working in customer service. Chicken was nasty and super greasy. I’m now reconsidering eating from here again.

Ordered online. Estimated times was good. My issue happened upon arrival. Long line, cook is coughing and not covering her mouth, walked in the bathroom with gloves on and back to work with same gloves. She didn’t touch my food from what I saw. I ordered 12 wings and fries. Wings had been reheated. Fries tasted like old grease. My $23.00 will never be spent in that place unless they get ahold of that situation.

Terrible cold food. Gravy was not closed all of the way… resulted in it leaking & falling through bag all over the floor. Mac & cheese half full, fries hard, and received the smallest pieces of chicken possible. Absolutely do not recommend and will NOT return.

Disappointed with Service and Missing Items After a Large Order. However the food was good! Maybe not worth the frustration!!
I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. We placed an order for two 16-piece family boxes for a large gathering after a funeral — including four grown boys, parents, and grandparents. We ordered around 4 PM, which is typically a quiet time, and the app estimated the food would be ready in 10 minutes. We waited at least 30 minutes before heading out, knowing it was a large order,
When we arrived, nothing was prepared. We were told there were delays due to it being busy and a fryer being down, but it didn’t appear busy at all – only one other customer was waiting. We ended up waiting almost an hour.
The manager did offer to include extra chicken as an apology, which we appreciated, but when a staff member asked if we’d accept extra crispy and I politely declined (as the family members don’t like it), she responded with visible frustration and said, “Well, we are doing our best here!” I had already paid online and was trying to remain patient, but the tone and attitude were unhelpful.
When we finally received the food and brought it to our family, we discovered that 16 biscuits, one coleslaw, and one mac and cheese were missing. After such a long wait and under the circumstances, this was extremely frustrating and disappointing.
I hope management will take this feedback seriously and improve communication, accuracy, and customer service for future orders, especially large ones placed in advance.

The young man at the register apparently hates his job, looked miserable and was not pleasant at all. He’s actually could almost be called rude! Our order didn’t take that long but was not right. It came out in bags do after pulling it out ….no utensils and missing items. My husband went back to the register . The guy stated u only paid for one slaw (that we didn’t get). My husband said then please ring up another slaw but we did order it. This young man is not suitable for customer service ( he may have been a shift mgr, different shirt than others). No name tag ! The food however was good. This is our second visit there and probably last.

I ordered the famous bowl, all I got was mashed potatoes and corn, I have tried this establishment multiple times over the years, and not a single time has more order even been close to being correct. highly recommend going to a different place.
