I’ve been coming here a lot and the customer service is really good but the pizza is not great. I order a small pepperoni and it looked like a hot mess. The pizza wasn’t even cut. Please see the picture below….

Growing up, round table pizzas was always a treat bc it was pricer than other Pizza places but they tasted better. The Food was good, Customer Service was meh, but it’s a chain restaurant so we kind of expected that. Brought the kids here after school and they loved the pizza here.

We ordered a half King Arthur’s and half custom. The pizza has a sweet sauce which was thick on the pizza, making it more moist than other pizzas. I loved it! So delicious and just the way I remember eating eat my entire life.

This RT Pizza is in Alameda Landing. This area is a large outdoor shopping mall. My husband and I didn’t feel like cooking, so we decided on pizza. He wanted a personal size King Arthur Supreme. I always enjoy their Gourmet Veggie Pizza. Make that a personal size, please. It’s those artichoke hearts on that pizza, followed by the mushrooms and spinach.

We used to visit this location every week, not because the service or hospitality but because our kids really loved their pizza. However, on our last visit employees seemed to be more concerned with policing the behavior of our children, who were simply excited to explore their surroundings. Instead of understanding and accommodating families, they made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable just because some members of our group were young kids.
It’s disheartening to see a place that claims to cater to families fail so miserably in providing a welcoming atmosphere. I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant dining experience with their loved ones.
