Kids ordered tonight…no fries, no sauce and A BITE TAKEN OUT OF THE SANDWICH. Since the missing fries were reported via the app prior to noticing the bite, can’t do anything else via the app. Calling the store resulted in being told to go through the app and a male manager saying that it wouldn’t happen. Well, it did. AVOID THIS STORE, unless you don’t mind “sharing”

Absolutely disgusting. Someone took a bite of the sandwich. Noticed the missing fries first before the bite and reported that and now the app won’t let me report the bite marks and won’t give me a refund. Never again. Thanks for scamming me and being literally disgusting.

The food was delicious and plentiful. But i wanted to take my family inside to sit and eat after hours of shopping. It seems that the employees are aloud to bring their children to work and just sit in the dinning room. The lady behind the counter yelled at the two boys a few time without a care at all about the guests in the dinning room. It also seems employees bring their battery operated scooters inside and charge them in the dining room.

The usual upbeat staff has no problem serving all flats with my wing purchase, but the guy who just woke up and claimed to be the GM wasn’t having it today. Not a huge deal, but wow. A GM should be setting the example for how to be a pleasent employee. Ordered the 12 piece wings, got 6 drums, 5 flats. Yes, not only could I not have all flats, I was shorted 1 and got the eye roll when it was pointed out. They have a self serve soda fountain, but he was insistent that we order from behind the counter so I would feel like if I asked for a refill it might get spit in it because I wanted my 12th wing.

Not bad if you don’t mind somebody behind the counter SAMPLING your food. Forgot the fries, sauces. TERRIBLE!!! Since the fries were reported prior to noticing the bite marks on the sandwich, we were told nothing could be done!! AVOID THIS LOCATION!!

I tried to enjoy it …I really did but the food quality was really bad. I ordered on uber eats and The wings came very tiny , barely to no meat on it and one of the pieces I ate, tasted weird & hardly cooked ..you can even see the pink …the fries were bout burnt/stale. The only thing I could enjoy was the biscuit. I couldn’t even get a refund 🙁

We went and got Popeyes from the lebanon location. We went through drive thru and ordered everything. First off, how can a place like that be sold out of regular mild tenders? All they had was spicy, and I have 2 young kids, so they were disappointed. We ordered 3 chicken sandwiches, and they were disappointing to say the least. I bit into it and found that I could not bite through it. It was extremely rubbery, and filled only half the bun. I took the chicken out and tried to rip it apart and when I finally did, it sounded like velcro ripping apart. Also, my sons shrimp was spicy and we did not ask for it to be hot. On top of it all, the Mac and cheese(which is usually pretty good) was very watered down. It was like eating watery cheese, and was disgusting. I only gave 1 star because my other sons kids meal ( chicken leg) was good and the drive thru line moved quickly. We will not be returning to this location, and it was a waste of the $30 and drive from palmyra to there to get it. Quality control needs to get in check at this location!

They offer quick and speedy service. Cashier was friendly, he took the time to explain the options they have for the family menu and their sauces. I’m not a Popeyes regular, so I was at an lost when he mentioned they had sauce option. Good to know. The sweet heat sauce and %@$# sauce is my go to from now on! Oh, before I forget, inside smells of their delicious biscuits and it’s a damn good smell. . Only complaint or warning I’d say is the surrounding area is tight so pay attention when driving in here, especially if the parking lot is full.
