Placed an order online for pick up. Once I arrived 29 minutes later the pizza isn’t made they claim they called me saying they run out of stuffed crust and instead they going to make a deep dish pizza. Once I’m home I see the pizza is normal pizza and burnt. I called the restaurant asking just for the difference of stuffed crust vs a regular pizza refund as soon as the “manager” answer she was extremely rude and I as soon as I told her my name she got an attitude and started saying no you’re not getting a refund, she cut me off and hung up the phone on me she didn’t even let me tell her the pizza was burnt. I always order from this Pizza Hut and they are always rude which I don’t complain about because as long as I’m getting what I order and it taste good but this time not only she was super unprofessional she was super rude and I didn’t not get what I paid for. I will never order from this location ever again. Here’s a picture of my order both are supposed to be stuffed crust you can tell the one with pineapple is burnt. I also check online the deep dish pizza is less than a stuffed crust so at the end of the day I go scammed.

Ordered delivery from this location this date. Pizza arrived warm and incorrect. I ordered pepperoni on them whole and then bacon and cupped pepperoni on each half. Received no cupped pepperoni and little to no cheese or sauce. The crust also fell off the pizza when the box was opened.
Called the store only to be told the order wasn’t incorrect because the girl that answered the phone made it herself. Advised her that it wasn’t correct and didn’t have hardly any cheese or sauce in addition to the missing cupped pepperoni. She put me on hold and then came back and said he would give a refund of $16. Paid $30 total with tips and fees. Not pleased with the resolution of this and disappointed in the lack of care when I called.

Christy the manager of Fort Mill Pizza Hut is very professional and understanding to her customers. She really focuses on satisfaction and aims to problem solve your issues. I had an experience that wasnt the best and spoke with Christy about it. She promptly heard my issues and corrected the situation. And expressed her apologies and a solution for future issues not possibly not occur.
She made sure my next order was correct, fresh, and satisfaction to my approval before leaving the store.
She definitely is an asset to this location as a manager.

I suggest this pizza hut over many others. They are very respectful and even if they accidentally mess up your order they offer compensation and will remake your food on the fly. They are so professional and sweet thank you to the young lady who served me and showed me my pizza. I also got coupons for my next visit . I deff will be back thank you fort mill team. I love pizza hut !!! Always hot fresh and fast.

This was the worst Pizza Hut experience I’ve ver had. I typically only order from the hut. I’m out of town with family and placed an order. NEVER AGAIN. I’ll make sure I don’t order from here the next time. Our pizza was completely over cooked. It was also a half of the pizza in one box and a half of the pizza in another box which makes you feel like it was either dropped or tampered with. We threw it out and just ate the pan pizza which lacked toppings and was cold. We didn’t have time to call back to the store or make a report as we were headed to an event but this was ridiculous. I wish I would’ve taken a pic for the google review because it was so bad I don’t think anyone would believe me without one

GIVE ME THE OPTION TO ORDER THROUGH DOORDASH…. I placed my order for delivery, 15 minutes later I get a text “Hey we’re using a third party partnership, your meal is being delivered through DoorDash” I CALLED and told the rep, “Please cancel, I ALWAYS HAVE A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH DOORDASH” she told me “He has a good rating, it’ll be fine” I agreed (against my better judgment)….. 30 minutes later my phone rings “He delivered it to the wrong house, we’ll mark it as undelivered and you’ll receive a refund in 3 days!”

Really bad place to go for food. Employees look unhappy, the food is meh at best, the customer service is some of the worst experiences you can have at a Pizza Hut. I don’t know how they are still open. Don’t believe me, go there and try the food. You have to experience their below average customer service skills. Sit there for 10min and watch them not even acknowledge you as your food is ready. Watch how they don’t practice basic communication like ask which customer was here first before handing out orders to avoid awkward conflict. Watch as you walk in and say hello and get no response or they favor certain customers based on appearance and not on who was there first. It’s like they hate life. Brady is bubbly and that’s if she’s there. It’s a motley crew of unhappy, unprofessional, unpleasant people. Go if you have time to experience it. I double dare you to. Honestly though, avoid this place if you don’t have the patience. They all need training…

Worst experience I’ve had in awhile. I know there’s a special going on tonight but sad excuse for poor quality and attention. Got in and 4 people were waiting ahead of me. Nobody was up front to answer any questions or explain the wait. My app Saud it was ready when I got there but I still ended up waiting 20 more minutes when I got there. Finally handed me pizzas and I was surprised because I ordered 2 larges and was given 1 LG and 2 med. So they explained they didn’t have enough to make 2 of the same type of dough pizzas. I don’t know what they were talking about. Checked the pizzas and was surprised again the ingredients were not what I ordered. I said where’s the green peppers and I didn’t order Mushrooms, good thing I don’t mind Mushrooms. But the was like we can make another one but it will take time. At that point I had waited enough. The large is so sloppy the ingredients don’t even cover the whole pizza. The mediums are just sloppy made. Will not visit thus one again. I’ll stuck with Lake Wylie.
