Don’t even eat at this overpriced trash bucket. I’ve given a lot of chances but this time I was not letting up. I mobile ordered and apparently it was for no reason bc they didn’t even follow the order instructions and right when I open my sandwich there was a hair in it. I call and ask for new bagels because one of the instructions was “SPK” I get back the second round of bagels with a literal drop of ketchup like they were playing with me. I wish I took a pic of the ketchup they put on there. I immediately got a refund bc $7 for a bagel and it’s prepared like that? Trash.

A Gem in Medford! I stopped by Bagels Your Way for a quick bite and was blown away by the experience. The service was super fast, and my order was hot and fresh, exactly what I was hoping for. It’s the perfect spot when you need something quick and easy without sacrificing quality.
The owner, JR, and his crew are the real stars here. Their customer service is top-notch, and they made me feel incredibly welcome from the moment I walked in. I ordered a hero, and it was perfectly cooked – the bread was toasted just right, and it was loaded with delicious onions and all the fixings.
To top it all off, I even got a free cookie! It was a small gesture that made a big impression. With such great food and a friendly atmosphere, I will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

The bagels were dry and appear to be baked, not boiled. I asked for bacon egg and cheese and the bacon was shriveled up, deep fried black crumbs. I also paid with my debit card, which MOST PEOPLE USE, and for some reason, they’re one of the only places left that post a “cash price” which is treated as the regular price. It should be illegal to make customers pay for your ability to use the visa/MasterCard system. What’s gonna happen if we go entirely digital? Are you dodging taxes? Why do you still charge MORE for debit? There’s upcoming legislation that makes that illegal so be prepared. In the meantime, boil your bagels- don’t bake them. This is New York for Christ’s sake! These are Pennsylvania bagels AT BEST! And please renovate the place. It’s very run down and unwelcoming. You charged me 40-something dollars for bread eggs and a handful of overcooked bacon- put some of that money back into the business! I’ve been coming to this bagel place for a long LONG time and the only thing that’s changed are the prices and the quality, and they’re headed in opposite directions. Do better, please. That bagel shop has a legacy and what I got this morning doesn’t even come close. Sorry for the harsh review – I expected WAY better.

Quality has degraded this year. Contents of sandwich are sparse, but the price is up there. $6 gets you about 1/4 pound of bacon in riverhead, but $10 or so here gets the following picture.
Not to foeget they missed salt, pepper, and ketchup on my sandwich multiple days in a row.

This is my go to deli when I’m in the mood for that NY style yummy fresh bagels, breakfast sandwich and hero sandwich subs. Also the baked goods are amazing. When I can I dine in however I usually call in my order to pick up. So proud to have this establishment in the community. Great team and service. Thanks for all the work you put in day in after day. If I could give them no stars I would, the people at the front (besides Chris and the lady behind register) are nasty people with terrible customer service. This hasn’t been the first time I’ve had bad experience with this place. For starters they never answer the phone, my food was incorrect they wanted to blame it on being busy but there were only about 5 customers inside at the time of placing my order and they can check the camera and see. Not only did they not want to take accountability for THEIR mistake they had the audacity to blame it on me saying I took the wrong order as if the lady didn’t hand me my food again watch it on the camera. And the manager Joey is a piece of work. Claims to be “understanding” of the situation but constantly said “most people wouldn’t make a big deal over a sandwich.” As if my time wasn’t wasted either or my gas. I grabbed the sandwich on my way to work. If they picked up the phone the many times I’ve called it would have saved me the trip from work to get my order fixed. Claimed wanted to “make it right” but spoke to me in a condescending tone, justified his untrained teams nasty remarks to me. I will no longer support this business if this is how they treat their customers who made it possible for them. Disgusting. And to top it all off those people still made my order incorrectly. Unbelievable.

Went here to grab breakfast on a Saturday morning. Got two sausage, egg, and cheese sandwiches with salt, pepper, ketchup. We were very excited to try it, but were disappointed when we got home to find no salt, pepper, or ketchup in either sandwich and stale rolls. Giving them the benefit of the doubt that it was very busy in there. Besides that, the staff were very friendly! Would definitely try again.

Ordered via Uber eats, one dozen bagels and 1/2 lb. veggie cream cheese, order was ridiculous price and the veggie cream cheese was absolutely disgusting, it was bad, tangy and just tasted disgusting. Threw it out, do not order from here, there are way too many other good bagel stores on LI. Not worth the money

Ordered a turkey sandwich got ham. And I took it back man told me two people said I asked for ham. THEY GAVE ME SPOILED TURKEY CALLING I stated I’m from out of town why would you serve spoiled meat? Not about the price if I spend more dollars than other delis your food should be better than good. I told the lady I called within the hour I was in someone’s car & they were already out the area. Now I’m calling the health department ppp loan pandemic fraud office & BBB. If you scammed me & prices I’m sure you scammed whole plandemic. Your deli sucks Sir I don’t eat pork against my beliefs to eat it. Then I am in car with my cousin I’m visiting from Pittsburgh. NEVER HAVE I EVER BEEN GIVEN SPOILED MEAT IN A DELI ON LONG ISLAND.
