They catered to us pretty well, we had a big party and were sat in the back. The sushi was delightful! Some menu items just took a little longer than others to come out. The matcha was great though!

It was my first time to visit and dine here in January. The place is clean and bright. Waiting time for food to be served is acceptable. Their Sushi bake was nice and will definitely recommend it for anyone to try. Their ramen was not served hot, just warm(ed). Their California maki was fine, nothing extraordinary. Overall the experience was nice and not disappointing.

It’s a modern Japanese restaurant style. The waiter lacks focus and attention as they turned their backs without even asking if we still needed something before he left the table. The ordered food took a long time to be served. Also, you need to ask for chopsticks, soy sauce and wasabi. They didn’t even ask if we had ID discounts (senior and PWD) before computing for the ordered meal. They need to improve customer services to have a fine dining and memorable experience in the province.

Imazen Japanese Restaurant delivered an outstanding dining experience with fast and friendly service that made us feel welcome right away. The chicken teriyaki bento was perfectly cooked and flavorful, the spicy salmon sushi had just the right kick and freshness, and the seafood gyoza were crisp on the outside and savory inside—each dish was prepared with care and tasted excellent.
