This place is not worth your time. Been to two locations because I got a gift card. Leonard location and this Plainfield location only had one person working. Here today at the Plainfield location the guy didn’t seem to know what he was doing. Didn’t know how to run a gift card. Didn’t tell me they were out of pickles which are supposed to come on the sandwich, until I waited 30 minutes to get my food. Wouldn’t ask for a refund because he barely knew how to even run the card in the first place. Food is decent. Worth the wait? No way. Slow business to start and people were walking out. Do not recommend never coming back. Only came because I had a gift card like I said.

I placed an order last night directly through the Wingstop website for delivery, but my food never arrived.

When I contacted Wingstop, they told me to reach out to DoorDash. When I contacted DoorDash, they directed me back to Wingstop. Unfortunately, this left me stuck going back and forth without any resolution.

To make matters worse, during one of my calls with Wingstop, the representative was rude and ended the call abruptly before the issue was resolved.

Overall, this was a frustrating experience and disappointing customer service. I hope Wingstop improves how delivery issues are handled so customers aren’t left without support when something goes wrong.

The Plainfield location is an absolute disaster.
Tried to order online and the order was placed out of the Plainfield location as a takeout instead of the 28th and east Paris location.. no problem other than the refund was never processed. The store manager is apparently never on site and the same employee that I have spoken to 3 times actually tried to tell me it wasn’t him that I spoke with. This all over a week and a half. Never got the order im out $50 and still no return call and the employee stated thr return refund would be placed last Tuesday.
Good luck people. However the Plainfield location is an absolute waste of time.
And the complaints line hangs up after one ring.

Order took twice as long as estimated. Another customer walked in with me. His food was ready and on the counter but he was ignored for about 5 minutes until he asked for help. The three guys working barely moved. One talked on his cell for for a long time. They let the store phone ring until the caller hung up. That happened 6-8 times while I was waiting. The soda machine had no carbonation. This was my first time ordering any wing stop. The food was about what you’d expect for a chain wing place. We wont try again.

Truly amazing! Ordered lemon pepper and honey bbq and couldn’t tell the difference. Thought I had covid so i tried different food. Flavors confirmed. By far the worst wings I’ve ever had. Lady working was rude and talking smack to co worker about past customer. Unprofessional.

I was greeted by Don with a smile as he was cleaning the windows. He guessed who I was and promptly followed me in to get my order. As I grabbed the bag, he offered a free drink to combat this heat wave we’re having. Gave him a handshake and I was on my way. I must have been there and gone within two minutes! I’m not sure if Don was the manager or another employee, but I love to see businesses establishing relationships with customers!

The food was also better than I would have expected. I typically go to the Kentwood location, and I get some pretty mid-quality food and service. At the Plainfield location, the fries were nicely coated with seasoning and the boneless wings were still hot and crisp. I always found the mango habanero to be not as spicy as I anticipate, but that is not something I hold against the team here.

Thank you Don and the rest of the staff here for helping feed me after a long hot day in the sun! I hope to see you soon!

We love our wings top! The manager and employees are so kind, always offer us drinks and even throw in an extra chicken tender every now and then! My girls and I love stopping in there for a quick lunch and love the wonderful staff!

We have gone twice since opening and both times were great experiences. We’ve tried boneless and traditional wings, even as take out, both stayed crispy until we got home. Both options were meaty and juicy. The fries were a little over salty, but that might be ok for some. The corn side is amazing!! Highly recommend.
