Nice and clean, with helpful team here! One star lost for the “ice cream” machine which was putting out cold sweet milk, not really ice cream I remember from Dickeys of days past.

Very fresh, wonderful brisket, ribs and sausage!! The workers were polite, friendly and got everything right! The only problem was they couldn’t print out my receipt. I also wish they had chocolate ice cream. Don’t like vanilla. But man that food was GOOD!! Will be back for sure!!

I love this location. Good food. But what I really love about this location is the Manager. I have been in here multiple times while he was encountering stressful situations. He stays calm, takes care of the customer, and truly takes pride in his work. I am in management and he would be on my team any day for the week and they are luck to have that young man. Don’t worry about eating at this location. They believe catering orders are more important than walk in customers. Tried to go for lunch and was told it was a 30min wait due to filling 7 catering orders. Multiple employees and not a single one can pull away to serve customers in the restaurant? We wasn’t the only ones that got turned away either.

Ice cream machine was out of order! Root beer was out. The bathroom was disgusting, the floor and condiment station were dirty. Didn’t have the slush ice, had low quality silverware. No onion tanglers.

Most disgusting smoked Turkey ever!!!! It was delivered from Grub Hub today! Thinking it would make good sandwiches for the week and I figured it would be good, as the pictures online looked delicious! It was a Turkey roll! Still raw, pink, rubbery processed looking meat! I will never ever order food from here again! My daughter warned me that it’s disgusting now!!!! LESSON LEARNED!!! Had to dispute charges with my bank, as they refused to refund us!

I came here at around 4:00, and it was dirty and dark inside. We got a rude look the second we walked in, and they didn’t even really acknowledge us until we stepped closer to the counter. I got pulled pork, brisket, Mac and cheese, and fries. Got the food quickly at least! The soda machine was broken, but that didn’t stop the water from tasting god awful. My pulled pork was super cold and unseasoned, like it had never been cooked (it had, but still-). The brisket was SOUR yet bland??? The rest of my time and meal was below average, wouldn’t come again.

This is my favorite place EVER. I can’t believe the bad reviews but there’s no accounting for taste. I live all the guys, Tony, Jordan, Josh, and Aleha. They’re always friendly and they work hard to make sure everyone has a good experience. The food is amazing and I’m grateful they are so close to my apartments.

I ordered from door dash. Amongst my order, I ordered a 3 meat plate with sliced brisket, chicken breast, and pulled pork. They sent chicken breast, pulled pork and jalapeño cheddar sausage. I cannot eat spicy foods as it makes me severely ill. I tried to call them. First time it rang for a while then hung up. Second time I called it just rang for about 5 minutes, third time it rang for a while and I hung up. I will be reporting to corporate in the morning. Bad orders happen, but them refusing to answer the phone and then hanging up on me is definitely NOT ok! I am willing to accept mistakes but this is just bad service.
