Been here twice now. It has been a long time since we dined anywhere that, when the dishes we ordered are presented to the table, we can only say, “WOW. WOW. That looks amazing.”

Both dinners have been fantastic. High quality local ingredients, unique flavor profiles combined in a broadly appealing way, and an atmosphere that you will want to tell your friends about.

We are excited to go back and sample more of the menu.

Our Hinkley’s meal was a delightful experience! The outdoor dining, live music, great service, & Fantastic FOOD made our anniversary diner very special! My wife had their fresh salmon and I enjoyed the fresh walleye. All locally sourced, fresh ingredients and foods! The preparations and presentation were delicious & wonderful!!

Very good food and atmosphere. We ate here for the first time in October. We got the chicken livers as an appetizer and they were cooked perfectly. I had a hamburger that was cooked just like I wanted it and was plenty of food. My wife had the pepper crusted filet. It was extremely tender and could be cut with a fork. Overall great experience. We will be back.

Food was pretty good but a little pricey for the quality. Awesome service. They included gratuity for our party but our server would have made more if they didn’t do that. Definitely a special occasion spot that is very private and unique. Overall pleased with it.

Visited this fine restaurant with family on Christmas Eve. The food and drinks are top notch. Meals are locally sourced ingredients. You will not find a better place for dining in the area. Staff is very appeasing and friendly. Interior is excellently assembled. We will be back for special occasions!

Came here for dinner recently at the suggestion of Chef Pete himself, and couldn’t have been more impressed. The atmosphere was quiet and romantic (even on a crowded night), the service was quick and attentive, and most importantly the food was incredible.

The service was the worat I’ve ever had. The food was cooked well past where it should have been for steakes that should have been cooked to order. The ambiance feels like they moved some crap out of a back room at their cousin Tony’s house so that they could set a table up. I get that it’s a “restored” home project, but they have done nothing to make it feel like a quality restaurant, and yet their food and drink prices are extremely high. And they didn’t even make their house drinks correctly! One of them gave me sores in my mouth their was so much lime juice, and the other tasted like pure syrup – I ordered the same drink both times. I will NEVER spend money at this place again – I work too hard to earn it to simply waste it there. Might as well burn a couple hundred bucks and cook your own steak at home, it will be a much better use of your time.

Very disappointed in steak preparation.
I realize cooking a filet well done is not easy, but their specialty is supposed to be steak (the price reflects that too). The filet was ordered well done, it came out rare. We sent it back twice, still parts were medium rare. My wife ate what she could, and left about one third of a $22 dollar filet… the only reason I’m giving two stars is my meal was reasonably good.

Anything other than 5 stars for this place would be a disservice. This is an excellent restaurant and a model for any future eating establishments in the Marysville area. The service I have experienced has always been friendly, accommodating, and efficient. The food is unparalleled in the city and offers some unique options for any palate.

Tried Hinkley’s last weekend: Very cool atmosphere inside, and AWESOME food. Blues/Rock music was playing throughout which was a nice change of pace from other nice restaurants, they have a small bar with a bar menu, lots of seating upstains and downstairs, as well as a large front porch with seating.

It’s a place you can go for top quality food and steak without feeling like you’re in a stuffy environment full of formalwear. Staff was very professional and seemed to be very experienced.

The Ribeye steak was the best I’ve ever had, and I tried a bit of the filet which was also great. Chicken/Waffle Slider was something I’ve never seen on a menu around here, and it was absolutely awesome. They serve biscuits before dinner instead of rolls, which I liked a lot. The biscuits come with butter, honey, and a couple different marmalades.

I could keep going on about the food, but don’t want to write a book. I highly recommend Hinkley’s!
