We ordered online two simple pizzas. Chicken and onions was one, barely any onions and the sauce was tangy and too much. Just nasty. The other pizza was chicken with Buffalo sauce, the pizza was burnt around the edges and we could not taste any Buffalo sauce on the pizza, again just nasty. We also ordered 32 pieces of chicken wings with honey bbq sauce, wings definitely will need to go in the air fryer, they look barely cooked. Thank you Megan for making our order. We truly appreciate your efforts. No more Domino’s for us.

we were ready for dinner this evening about 7:00 pm so I’d ordered 3 pizzas and 32 pcs of wings pick up when I opened the wings box the wings looks a little plain so I tried to eat one and one of my kids tried one also we got so disappointed the wings were under cooked and even cold under the skin so I made a phone call to the store and asked to speak to the manager the guy who answered the phone call said he was the manager named Sebastian I’d explained the situation about the wings and he said I’m sorry but it’s nothing I can do other than go back to the store with the wings so they can cook them again ,what a big disappointment I’m not ordering anything from there anymore BTW there’s a picture of the wings

Usually this location is OK, but tonight, unfortunately, they had a sub par person bringing the order to my car. I love that they offer car side delivery instead of making us come in. Honestly, it’s often why I choose to have Dominos items. You allow us to enter preferences like which side of the car you want delivery to. Your app is superior and convenient and these services are helpful for customers that, for whatever reason, can’t easily walk inside to pick up. The only thing that can mess up your system is an employee that doesn’t care and ignores an issue being addressed. Tonight, the big fella that walked a few orders out to cars around 9pm to 9:05pm or so was bad. He didn’t read the instructions (which I put there for a reason) nor was he apologetic regarding the deficiencies. He simply decided to ignore me and walk away. Hence my crappy review tonight of a place I usually love. I’ve never complained here before as I recall. I just hope the management identifies the fella in question and counsels him on how to properly treat a customer

Terrible customer service…. we only recieved 1 of 2 pizzas, we immediately called so they could call the driver to verify she didn’t have it before she got to far. The person who answered the phone wasn’t apologetic and didn’t seem to care at all, her response was well do you want the pizza or a refund. I have people to feed of course I want the pizza or I would have ordered 2 of them. I understand accidents happen but it was appalling how rude this lady was who answered the phone.

Placed my 1st order from them today. I’m really impressed with the quality of the food, the fast delivery. The pizzas were hot and delicious. I added a tip, but it didn’t show up on the receipt, the young lady was very pleasant and friendly, I’m so sorry . I hope she’ll be the one to deliver next time I’ll make it good . I just received a pan pizza consisting of raw dough smothered in cheese. And a hand tossed something unidentifiable. Absolutely disgusting.
Edit: I ended up calling the restaurant to complain. The manager asked if I’d like a new order made or a refund. I said refund and he said “ok” and he hung up. Nice way to treat loyal customers since 2009. Ended up eating hot dogs but at least I got a refund, I guess.

The surface was fine. The atmosphere was fine. I don’t know the pizza just did not taste like Domino’s. I think it was just too saucy not enough cheese.

No longer a reliable place to order from. Order has not been correct in months and getting worse. Accuracy and quality are on a downward spiral. Friendly staff are mostly gone. Most of the new staff don’t acknowledge customers acting as if there is no one present. With 5 competitors in a 5 mile radius, try someone else.

We ordered 2 pizzas. 1 of those was pepperoni with Provolone cheese. The Pizza was lacking regular cheese and lacked the provolone. But what made this Pizza inedible was the fact that the pepperoni was sour (Frankly, Disgusting)! I contacted store and was promptly handed over to a “no name manager”, who then refused to acknowledge the problem. I insisted that the pepperoni was bad, he then told me that he refused to accept that because his employees were eating from the same batch of pepperoni and that the batch was just delivered and there was no way. I asked for the district manager, all I got was a name of Ali with no further contact info and that I should contact Corp. This will be that last order that I ever place with this store.
