I’m a Uber eats driver and I consistently pick up from this location and it’s perfect every time the kid with the long hair is the absolute best. Now I’ve seen some real Karen’s around here but the girl who came in around midnight and 1:00 was absolutely horrible she was yelling at the kid because we were getting our order first and saying we can’t treat her like this even though nobody was doing anything. There’s no way anybody working at subway makes enough money to be dealing with people like that. I definitely will be coming back because that kid is awesome.

My 1 star review is for the young, dark haired male that works closing shift.

He is rude. Constantly has friends there hanging out. Spends more time talking than working. Never makes my sandwich the way I order it through the app. Never had my order ready when I arrive, even when I schedule it for later rather than ASAP. I selected “more” for mayonnaise and it looks and tastes like there is none on it. It is extremely dry. This is the only employee I have encountered problems with and this isn’t the first occasion.

Tonight, him and his buddies were literally laughing at me. I am not feeling well and come to this location often. Do to his poor customer service and the laughing I walked out without part of my order.

Its ok though. I would rather take the inexpensive loss than go back while he is working.

Last week, he claimed my food was stolen. I said oh, the girls usually keep it in the back until I arrive. He told me he cant do that because he will get in trouble. So I was a little irritated getting there on time and no order was on the rack. He was so busy with his friends apparently.

I have also watched him give free items away to people when they come from the bar next door.

I prefer to order ahead of time. I won’t do this in the future because I will not be a customer while he is on shift.

There are two female employees that are fabulous. I believe it is Jennifer and Chelsey. Great customer service, food is always made the way its ordered. Always ready when I arrive.

I had a very disappointing experience at this location today, January 18th, around 2:00 PM.

Instead of a greeting, the first thing I was told when I walked in was, “We are out of lettuce.” This was immediately followed by being told they were “only taking mobile orders right now.”

What made this particularly frustrating was that there was no sign on the door stating they were only doing digital orders. Furthermore, the shop was not busy; there were no other customers waiting, the delivery tablet wasn’t beeping, and there were no receipts on the counter. The employee was making two sandwiches but otherwise appeared to have no queue.

As someone who also works in the food industry, I completely understand being stressed or short-staffed, but there was no reason my order couldn’t have been taken. The employee (a woman with dark brown hair, roughly late 20s to mid-30s) was extremely unwelcoming and made me feel like an inconvenience.

Between the lack of basic supplies and the poor attitude, I have no desire to return to this location.

Seriously, how hard is it to have olives? There is no shortage I know of, I can buy cans in the store, get them ANYWHERE, literally except here. There is no sandwich I want without olives!

Place was slow, messy and backup. My order was made incorrectly. Did not have correct topping. Worker was rude. My order was not made complete. Then worker attempted to over charge me at the register. I ordered a meal of the day and a nacho. I did not get my nacho and I was tried charged for a footlong when I did not order a foot long. Bad experience. This subway has gone way down hill. Plus it stinks on the inside

Ordered online and picked up from store. Bread wasn’t fresh and wasn’t toasted as ordered. Sandwiches looked like they had been smashed,, thrown, and tossed around before being wrapped. Wrong toppings/sauce on two out of four.sandwiches. Worst sandwiches ever.

I ordered extra pickles, and extra olives. My wife also ordered pickles and olives, and neither of us received any pickles or olives on our sandwiches. I also asked for less mayo, and they had put a ridiculous amount of mayo on my sandwich. The sandwiches were also very poorly constructed. They built the sandwich over the crease in the bread, meaning that when they closed the sandwich, it just pushed all of the topping out of the side of the sandwich. Because they had put all of the sauce on the top of the ingredients, that meant that all of the sauce was now on the outside of the sandwich. There was almost no sauce at all on the inside of my sandwich, and the outside was covered in mayo. Which I didn’t even want that much to begin with.
