You guys are single handedly redeeming the Taco Bell franchise one taco at a time. Maybe I’m a little bias since I’ve been scarred by all of my experiences at the Bowling Green locations over the last several years. I have never had a bad one here though! I wish I had snapped a picture of the mexican pizza too because it was perfect. Please keep being excellent!

Food is extremely good and the service was fast, the only thing I will say is the staff don’t seem engaged withal the customers and really show that they are just there to do a job and don’t really care about customer service.

Food was kinda old tasting. Didn’t see staff much till after I hot food. You have to order from kiosk vs having someone take your order. Only 2 kiosks are available so waiting was done. Place was clean .

Good food, but they are rude and sometimes mess up the order then get mad and dont wanna fix the order just have u pay more for a messed up order. And they never give enough hot sauce its always 2 packs and u have to ask for more even if you order 10 tacos they give u barely any sauce

I know, sometimes they run out of certain items, and they get orders wrong here and there, but every fast food place does the same. The food is always really good, and the people that work there (at least weekday dayshift) are always friendly.
This Taco Bell is in a great location with easy in/out of the parking lot. Plus it’s open til 2:00 a.m. or so they say lol. I’m usually sound asleep at that time of the morning.
I’ve heard that the Health Inspector says it’s the cleanest place in town. My “GoTo” in Scottsville for “Fast Food”

Terrible at getting orders correct. Then if you call to tell them a single item in a $40 order is wrong, they’ll accuse you of lying because they’re a manager & “made it all themselves”, even though the cashier moved to the line to help, but okay. They just can’t admit that they’re wrong, I offered to bring the order back so I could prove it, & then it was suddenly fine & there was no need to bring it in. I would’ve been there anyway if they didn’t close 10 minutes after I called. I’ll add a picture as proof for whoever the manager was on 5/2/23. Call me a liar again though, just because you’re so confident in yourself.

Tend to forget some things in your order if it’s more than 3 things. Food is normally hot and fresh.
