My family and I recently dined in at this location, and unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. Upon receiving my order, I discovered a hair in my wrap after just one bite. While I understand that accidents can happen, this is the third time we’ve encountered this issue at this location since January.
My husband’s burger was very cold, almost as if it hadn’t been cooked thoroughly. When we brought these concerns to the counter, the staff simply stared without offering any apology or resolution, which was disheartening.
We have genuinely enjoyed this restaurant in the past, but this ongoing lack of quality and customer service has left us reluctant to return. I share this feedback in the hope that it helps the restaurant improve.

Love this place with my every being. The people here are wonderful! The food here is so worth the wait especially the ice cream! The price is worth what you get unlike the other DQ stores but what makes this store special is that they are family owned and do better than the grill & chill places. They do things a little differently at this store so if you’re new or need help let them know! The atmosphere is even great and the people are friendly. It’s a nice place for family and friends to dine in! Come on and dine in! They wish you give you a good experience:)

Let me say that the food at DQ is acceptable and the service is good. The pricing is completely off the rails. I paid almost $9.00 for a quarter pound cheeseburger. Now, admittedly I didn’t ask for the breakdown in cost until I arrived at the window but I feel that the server should advise if something so small and basic is so exorbitantly overpriced. I certainly will never order any food item there again since this is nothing but price gouging. My wife likes their milkshakes so will buy that until they become more overpriced than they already are! I feel taken advantage of and the burger was certainly nothing special and not as good as several other fast food outlets. The server seemed to be offended that I asked.

We got burgers, fries and tea. Got there just as lunch was starting so they we not very busy yet. Burgers and fries was a little over done. But otherwise everything was ok. We have dined in and carried out and drive through thousands of times, never had an issue with messed up orders or anything. Will diffently be eating there again. Just an off day for them

I went to try the new Philly cheesesteak.
I surprised that it came with a au jus dip.
When I order a Philly cheese steak I expect a big dirty Philly cheese steak, It was very good though despite how small it was.
I probably could have ate three or four though.
Reminded me, if an Italian beef had a baby with a Philly cheese steak.
I’d recommend anybody should try it.

After waiting in a pretty good line we got a cold burger and fries, but didn’t want to wait in that line again to get it fixed. No fork or dressing for my salad, and the atmosphere inside was extremely cold and dirty. We we’re traveling through to visit family and will not stop to eat here again.

I was visiting Paragould and we picked DQ for our family lunch. I was overwhelmed with pleasure from the moment I walked in. Ultra clean, buzzing with excitement and packed with families. The service was A+ at every step and the food was excellent. This will be a planned outing my next trip to visit family. Thank you!!!!

This place was very dirty. We stopped along the way after driving for 7 hrs and were going to eat inside. However, after looking around and seeing the bathrooms, we opted not to. It is also extremely outdated, which wouldn’t normally be an issue, but considering it also appeared not to have been cleaned since the 70s we continued down the road.
