I go to a few Dunkin’s, mcmurray, bethel park and here. Kristen that got moved from bethel to mcmurray is amazing but unfortunately If she’s not there, I can’t asure my coffee will be made right. But this is the ONLY Dunkin that makes my coffee right no matter who makes it. Crystal is always sure I’m taken care of. Thank you for making my day so much better. Crystal and her crew are truly awesome!

Owner is extremely rude and will park right in front of the store to block access to the drive thru line in the middle of a busy day. Absolutely will not be returning to this Dunkin location if the owner really wants to act that way, there are plenty of other locations around Washington. We called corporate to report him and they said they’ll be contacting him as that’s unacceptable but who knows if they’ll actually do anything

The Avacodo toast could be more toasted, but that seems to be an issue across locations. They should just call it Avacado Bread. The Avacado spread is really good.

My wife placed a mobile order as we check out of our hotel. It took us five minutes to get to this location and a few minutes in the drive through… the worker gave us attitude about not seeing our order and us not waiting long enough to pick up… this was not a very busy store at the time of day we were there. Sad to see such bad attitudes and it was a woman in her 50-60s.

Come here every single morning and things are usually pretty fast. One day i chose to go inside and I stood there for 20 minutes before anyone got my order and I was the only one inside. They finally gave me my coffee and I stood there another 10 minutes before I finally asked if I could have my muffin. I’m here again this morning and I’ve been sitting in the drive through for 25 minutes now and only 2 cars are in front of me. I actually got out of my car to look inside to see what was going on and not one employee was present for the whole 2 minutes i stood outside the window, waiting to see if there was any employees inside. I’m about to start using Starbucks.

I wanted my favorite donut, sour cream, but you never have them. You hardly had anything at 4 pm. My COMPLAINT IS: The young guy who waited on me wore plastic gloves, great if used properly. He took my cash with the gloves on, counted out my change with gloves on, even broke a new roll of coins with those gloves, then grabbed my donuts with those filthy gloves. I wish I said something, but that is highly unsanitary and so disgusting!

Went through the drive through, the guy didn’t even speak to me and was not friendly. Whoever made my food burned my croissant, I know there is a croissant setting to toast the breads. Whoever made it was being lazy. Giving 2 stars only because the manager who handed me my cold brew was nice, otherwise it’d be a 1.

This location is randomly closed with NO notice. I got out of my car to go inside and place an order on 3 separate occasions and the indoor has been locked. This video was taken at 2:30 in the afternoon. Completely locked. I hope management or owners are aware of how often it’s happening and are willing to fix it! Very frustrating and you’re losing customers

Waited 5 minutes in the drive thru at the window for an everything bagel toasted with cream cheese. When I got it there was barely any cream cheese. Went inside to complain, the girl at the counter looked shocked that I was complaining and handed me 2 containers of cream cheese. She did apologize as I took the containers. It was 1 pm, only one other customer in the drive thru and at least 4 ppl working. No reason for this bad of service!!
