I come here all the time, but I have to say it’s extremely inconsistent. And I don’t constantly wanna have to have my drink remade because it makes me feel absolutely guilty. But when someone asks for extra ice in their beverage for the love, give them extra ice. If you get an order for an iced Americano, the espresso is HOT. It melts all the ice. So add more!! No one wants an iced Americano that’s warm or lukewarm. They want it cold. They want iced beverages cold!! For the love of everything, add ice. Especially when they ask for extra, extra ice!! I love you all. They are great employees. But the inconsistencies stink.

They take forever, I did a mobile order went through the drive through sat there 15 mins for them to tell me they was out of my drink flavor. Did give a refund but if you are out of a flavor then you need to contact the customer. Reminder I did put the order in probably an additional 15 minutes before going to pick it up.

DO NOT GO HERE. They only care about online orders and the drive thru. We stopped on the way to an appointment in Kentucky so my granddaughter could get a coffee. She was in there over 20 minutes when I finally went in to see what was going on because we had to be over in Kentucky. The counter was ridiculously FULL of drinks for at least 25+ people with only 2 customers inside waiting for their drink! My granddaughter was one of them. The guy just kept making more drinks and setting them on the counter. Turned out those were for people who ordered online and not even there. Online orders for customers who are not there are more important than the customer physically standing in front of them that have places to go! That is my 1st and last time doing business there! P.S. Instead of asking how long a person waited for a table ask how long a person waited for their order.

Stopped in yesterday to pick up a drink for my son. These are his favorite and when I’m in town visiting I love to treat him. This location was super clean, efficient and the barista (unsure of her name) had reddish brown hair, glasses and a wonderful smile, and gave excellent service. Would recommend this location for a Starbies pick-me-up.

Always takes forever here. I have gone 3 times and my wait has been 20 to 30 minutes. Employees always seem in a bad mood. Now I got a coffee and it was only 3/4 [of the way filled. What a waste of money and time.

4/2/17, store opened about a week ago but it seems the staff hasn’t been fully trained. Took 10 minutes just to order and another 10 minutes to get two drinks and a sandwich. I’m sure they will improve, just don’t expect speed and accuracy for at least the first month.
