Stopped for some tacos and chicken nuggets . We got one of the boxes which included the chips and cheese. Got a Baja blast. Food is hot in the fresh service was good clean bathrooms are clean plenty of parking and they even have a hot sauce bar or you can pick up your packets of hot sauce seven out of 10 serving sizes are good and pricing is much better when you have the app.

The lady or maybe it was a man in back said they didn’t have water cups when we asked for one and an employee was on break using one so we asked again. They then said okay and gave us water cups. Strange they also turned off the soda machine after we poured out the water and got new because we didn’t trust her. Little does she know we don’t drink soda. Matthew seemed to be the only employee working and seemed very helpful but the others seemed busy socializing and not working. I know it’s just a fast food place but worst customer service, HR… watch your cameras to see what these employees are actually doing exactly Matthew because he seemed to be helping everyone including drive thru

Pay the extra money to get steak and I get 5 pieces of steak. Learn ur job and stop skimping. This location use to be good but its been going downhill. If it’s not skimping you it’s not putting everything in the bag you order. And this has been happening for a very long time. I guess I’ll be going to a different one.

The food is fine, but the drive thru very slow. It frustrates me when some of these franchisees take advantage of the public. I was overcharged for the soft tacos. The sign clearly says they’re $1.49 and I was charged a $1.59. What is it? The server claimed $1.59. Then change the sign, pal! Also most Taco Bells charge $1 for value menu items. This Taco Bell charged a $1.49 for a chicken chipotle roller, which is two bites for a normal person. I guess I should have gone to Del Taco to get a lot for what I’ve got.
