My first trip to this Moe’s was craving Mexican. A good visit 11/22/25. We entered and there was no line. I ordered 3 Chicano Adobo soft tacos with my requested fillings. My order was delivered perfectly. Chips and queso was also ordered for a to go order. Chips were fresh and the tacos were good. Nice job to the staff on the evening we visited

I stopped in here for lunch at 12 o’clock on a Monday. There was no waiting in lines that promptly placed my order with Elizabeth.
She was a very lovely person and helpful.
Moes is one of my favorite quick bites to eat, and this one did not disappoint. The food was good and the service good.
I’m not sure if I caught this right after the lunch rush but the restaurant was in the process of being cleaned up.

I honestly don’t know how this Moe’s is still operating at this point. This location is always dead, which makes it incredibly concerning that they’re still serving food that tastes old and stale. When there’s no customer traffic and nothing ever tastes fresh, it’s pretty obvious the food is sitting around way too long.
The cleanliness is beyond unacceptable. The dining area is consistently dirty, tables look like they haven’t been wiped down in ages, and the entire restaurant feels grimy and neglected. This isn’t a “busy rush” mess, it’s ongoing filth. The prep and kitchen area that customers can see looks unsanitary, which makes you seriously question what’s going on behind the scenes. If that’s what they’re willing to show customers, I don’t even want to imagine the rest.
The employees look sloppy and unkempt, which does absolutely nothing to inspire confidence when they’re handling food. Combined with the dirty environment, eating here feels like a health risk rather than a meal. Honestly, DHEC should stop by this location, because whatever standards are supposed to exist here clearly aren’t being followed.
What’s even worse is that these same owners bought the Bluffton location and managed to turn that one into a failing, disgusting mess too. Whatever quality or cleanliness this brand once had is completely gone under their ownership.
I’m done. I’ll be taking my business to Surcheros, where the food is fresh, the restaurant is clean, and I don’t leave feeling disgusted for having eaten there. Save yourself the trouble and go literally anywhere else.

do not buy from here!!!! i bought 2 small burritos for me and my friend and it was 40 dollars. when me and my friend were eating there the workers were pointing at us and whispering. then when i got home to open my burrito it had a bug crawling in it. the food wasnt even that good for $40. never eating here again.

We had a great eperience here! The ladies who were working when we visited (9/14) were really pleasant to talk to, and they put a lot of care into our food. We came about an hour before closing, and they made sure to give us their time and attention even though I am sure they had a list of things to complete before closing time. This was a refreshing experience, and we look forward to returning! Thanks again!

This place was nice with good service. The only thing I didnt like is that this Moe’s is on the list for free food for new marines who just graduated and they said they didn’t offer that. I was hoping they would ask their manager or owner and get it approved, but they didn’t.

We were staying at the Quality Inn, just minutes away, and decided to stop in for dinner. Not crowded but online orders was busy. My first visit, my Marine said it’s good food. I ordered with his help and the girl on the line. Wasn’t sure if I made a good selection, but once I started, it was a great surprise. My steak combination was delicious. Chips and salsa came with it. Wow! If I wasn’t getting ready to leave town, I would have returned for more. While sitting I noticed the workers were engaged with conversations among themselves. 1 stood mainly on the line, 2 did online orders, 1 was talking to all of them, while he cleaned tables, swept, and checked the garbage. I noticed as he wiped the tables, chairs, and the area where the trays are set on top of the garbage, he used the same towel. He spot checked all those areas. He wiped areas that had food, crumbs, liquid, etc. I was not impressed, felt it was sloppy and gross, thankfully I ate my food off the tray. He could’ve done better if he added a little more effort. This is a food establishment. I would have easily given a 5 star if he took a few more minutes to clean. He certainly had time to chat in between his cleaning round.

Really nice friendly place. Military friendly and they also have deals if you fill out survey. The burrito was so good and my son really enjoyed it too. It reminded me of eating in San Diego. The chips are more than enough. There is no reason to go to any other Mexican food place. This has what you want and plenty of it. I will keep this name in mind and go back.
